Its a nice little hotel on the beach. Rooms are very small and simple. But always clean. The front office has beach chairs and umbrellas to use which is very handy!

Our room was way too small for 3 people—we were bumping into each other. Also not a fan of the bathroom door which did not allow for any real privacy.

I didn't get the room I thought I had booked, however, staff offered to move us over when that room became vacant. We chose to just stay in the room they put us in, it worked out just fine. The shower had a shower curtain versus a glass door as pictured. Not a smartTV so nighttime watching was DirectTV with commercials. I didn't like the paint color at all (a pretty aggressive blue!) but I knew what I was getting into when I booked it!

Location, location, location. Really cannot beat it! The beach is steps to your right, restaurants steps to your left. Bicycle rental across the street. It truly could not have been any more perfect for an on-foot vacation. AC worked great, shower water hot, bed cozy. Our room had a huge window that let in a ton of natural light during the day and a peekaboo view of the ocean. Rented a "partial" ocean view room and that's what it was. Staff was incredibly friendly. Basic that met our needs.

Wish there was more parking but I understand why that can’t be helped.

The staff in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were better than expected and very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent.

The coffee maker in the room was broken. And there was no water for the coffee maker in the lobby.

Location by the beach is awesome by day, but there's a couple of dodgy homeless dudes around at night. Not a massive concern. Staff did a good job dealing with a potential stuff up in booking with Booking.com

There weren’t an hair dryer. You have to pay the park and is not always available otherwise you have to find it by yourself. In our room there were some construction side next to it and in the morning we were hearing everything.

The position is incredible, bed really comfortable and the room new.

The room with double beds is very tight. The sink in our room was also unattached on one side from the counter. $30 a day to park is ridiculous but it is a busy area and didn’t want to risk leaving car elsewhere.

Property could use an ice machine and maybe the office can have staff available 24/7. Front office closes at 9pm and doesn’t open the next morning until 7am. No housekeeping available only upon request. Street parking only which is a bummer.

The staff was tone-deaf: 1) on providing a lamp(s) (any lamps!) to go with the one (1) overhead light. A least one lamp was badly needed so you could see in the room without opening the window shades and so we could turn off the light from bed - this situation occurred because the ceiling of the room is painted a very dark blue and the room is poorly lit, (and it took almost 24 hours to receive the one and only lamp they provided) and 2) the room did not have any bedside tables, we were expected to the use the desk on one side (with no lamp!) and we had to borrow a table from the outdoor patio next to the office for the other side of the bed - because the staff was unresponsive! Also, the drawer space and clothing hangup area were woefully inadequate for 2 people to stay a week. There was constantly a different person at the front desk and that contributed to the poor service - although they were pleasant. The room needs to be changed to a different configuration to be more ergonomically useful and pleasant. The shower curtain should be mounted on a modern outwardly curved bar so you can turn in the shower without dragging the curtain on your shoulder.

The shower was so narrow that the curtain was always on me...maybe put a bowed shower curtain rail to keep current away.

There was no ice at the hotel and it seemed understaffed and in need of some upkeep. The gate locks to the outside were broken so anyone could walk by your room at night.

The location was great and the room was clean. Free parking was also easy to find.

The dirty spot on the floor that was not cleaned up

I did not know about the breakfast... it was not mentioned. There was a dirty spot on the floor next to the lamp with the two light bulbs. Kind of like someone dropped ketchup and it wasn't cleaned up when I got into my room... but overall, it was a great place to stay and Def will be coming back
