The facility is in the process of remodeling all the rooms so there is debris and bldg. material. Towels and pillows are old. No Kleenex or coffee in the room.

The cleaning staff needs to do better than what they did. The tables were dirty from someone eating. The tub had hair everywhere. Tiolet was clean properly.

I like that it's located by all of the stores and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance.

Beware if you color to your skin you may be told once you check in of "NEW POLICY " that have to charge/hold your card a fee of $100, due all rooms are non smoking. It was no where on site and only told to me when checking in. Did notice while checking out, another customer and his family was checking out no one to go to his room to check for smoke smell or get the fee credited back to his card.

the first room had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. they let us move rooms for the second night and the bed was better but we r still sore from the terrible mattress. there are no coffee pots in the rooms and the coffee from the front desk was just awful.

The staff was very friendly and provided extra pillows and towels when requested, however, there were some insects in the bathroom, the coffee in the lobby was not very good, and the bed was a bit too soft for our taste. We stayed 2 nights but no maid service was provided so we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels, and the linens on the bed were not changed during our stay. Otherwise, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay for the location and the cost per night.

I made the reservation on line, made a note I will be arriving early, after a 6 hr drive I show up a little more and an hr early I asked if I can check in the staff at the counter said yes. And right before I was to be given a room key, I was hit up for a 10dollar early check in fee. I’m still shocked , this has never happened to me before. The two laughed and it appeared the lady pocketed that ten bucks. I did notice the poc cpl that checked in before me was not charged a 10 dollar “ early check in fee”. I called what I thought was cooperate? They would not deal with my questions. Motel 6 has lost me

Needs a lot of updating. Really beat up. Towels were stained, old and pretty used. For the most part it look clean but could really use a deep cleaning. I had to move the bed close to the wall for my little one and there was lots of trash under the bed. Probably would have seen it had I not moved the bed.

It was quiet and we felt safe and conveniently located. Room was big!! Okay if on a budget.

Bath towel had ripes in it, black marks on it. Moved night stands out to plug in phones, garbage behind them. Curtains falling off rod, black smudges on walls, missing a electric cover on an outlet, freezer was so full of frost barely got our freezer packs in there, lamp shades all crooked, air conditioner thermostat didn’t work, wallpaper in hallway by elevator was falling off, we stayed 2 nights you would think the hall would be vacuumed from constructions guys staying there. Small things but housekeepers should notice

Check out was at 11 am housekeeping started knocking at door around 9:30 am and came back 2 more times before 11. The room across from us put dirty towels outside room in hallway around 6/7 pm Saturday evening and they were still there Sunday morning around 9 am.

Don't expect anything beyond a bed and A/C. This place offers no breakfast, no coffee in lobby and no toiletries for a shower. I typically bring my own shampoo and conditioner from home but forgot them this trip. This hotel had nothing to offer. I didn't get in until after 130am due to traveling delays and wanted a nice shower to freshen up. I was not able to do that due to the facility not offering any cleansing accommodations. When I asked the gentleman at the counter, he said "they all went bad and we threw them out." I can understand not offering breakfast due to Covid, but not offering some sort of toiletries, is ridiculous. I have never stayed anywhere that they didn't offer bathroom toiletries. After running to Walmart the following morning for shower items, I was using the provided blow dryer and it started crackling and smoking. I turned it off and my husband had to run back to Walmart to buy a blow dryer to finish fixing my hair. Overall not a good experience. Room was very old and musty smelling also. I paid $92 for the night and I feel like it was more like $40 accommodations.
