Lots of space for three generations in our family. The turkeys on the green roosting in the tree just outside our balcony were amusing. Everything was clean and in good repair. Kitchen well stocked.

The condo is starting to look a little old and tired. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures were worn out. The cable was spotty. The above floor neighbors made a lot of noise - some of it due to poor sound insulation between floors. Fitness room could be larger.

The condo was clean and well-appointed. Friendly staff who was prompt when called to solve problems. Nice pool. Close to shopping center. Central location for excursions on the north end of the island.

A little bit of paint was peeling in our bathroom by the shower. Would have liked a door mat in front of our room, but the staff was accommodating & gave us a towel to use by the door.

The grounds were very well kept. Landscaping was beautiful! Our condo had been cleaned thoroughly and was very inviting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children and grandchildren loved the pool area. Well kept.

The Rooms were great. Property was able to accomadate rooms being close together. Enjoyed the pool area.

There were no restaurants although a short drive up the road there were some.

We loved the huge sized apartment with separate bathrooms/ensuites for everyone in our group of four! The pool area was practical, large enough for its purpose and close to the apartment. Great parking at the door of the apartment. Good value for money compared to the nearby resorts. Awesome to have our own laundry in the apartment and free of any extra charges!

I wish they would clean the condo a little bit better and do necessary repairs and updates. It looked like there was like Tabasco sauce splattered on the kitchen floor/molding area that they did not clean up from the previous people.

N/A. Don’t force me to criticize something that genuinely exceeded my expectations. I would have liked to stay longer had I planned my trip differently, my stay was too short.

Room and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, had laundry, kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils, beds were comfortable, property was nice and well maintained. Pool was nice, property employees were nice and helpful. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. I would stay here again if I returned to the Big Island.

Friends said pool was lovely. Tennis court a strange surface, but still playable. Lunch convenient at Johnny's near the golf pro shop. (didn't have time to golf, unfortunately). Front desk extremely friendly, and with 3 of us, they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom which was great. They warned us it was near the Waikola Road, and we did hear noise around 5 am, but not too bad.
