The room was a little outdated and the bathroom was really small, the door just missed the toilet.

The location was great, eady access to downtown and really easy to get into the city for the bigger shops. Friday and Saturday they had the same band which was amazing up in the llounge, they played great music and the bartenders were phenomenal.

We were off to the side of the hotel over the parking lot rather than the main hotel. It was fine and room was clean but would have loved a little more description as to it not being in the main hotel

For the newly renovated “west wing” it was renovated cheeply. The carpeting square on the 4th floor had gaps that were missing the carpeting. The bathrooms were extremely small with a bad location for the toilet paper behind you when you are sitting in the toilet it’s hard to reach behind you. The plant in the lobby was a dying poinsettia plant from last month instead of fresh flowers. The Beacon lounge had dirty windows and was over capacity on both Friday and Saturday due to the duck convention. Went to the bar downstairs while my husband and his friends were upstairs to order food at the bar and the server served the 4 top that walked in after me vs. solo me so I walked out and went to another restaurant off site

Checkout time of 11:00 and only one person checking out guests.... big delays.

Breakfast was not included... I thought it may have been. But I liked the location a lot and front desk guy was great when I checked in.

Updated bathroom would be nice. No toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. A real hotel store with toiletries and snacks would be great!

There was no hair dryer or Kleenex in the room. We did ask for and got the hairdryer.

Location was perfect. Room was clean. I liked the dressing room with sink. I liked the fact that the parking was free and easily accessed.

Out bathroom interesting. Tub shower with shower head at about 5’5”. 1 tiny shampoo, conditioner and lotion for 4 people for two-day stay. One bar of soap. For your sink and apparently bring it in the shower, too. For over $1000 for two nights- I expected a little more.

Lobby coffee----no lids to take cup back to room. Two night stay: We did not request linen change but 1. Used towels were not picked up; 2. We had to request toilet paper and kleenex---ran out almost immediately.

Surprised at the room for the price. I get it’s all about location, but just a window on a parking lot was kind of depressing. And the lack of USB charger/ports.

Restaurant was amazing!! Bummed we missed happy hour but our bike tour ran late, lol. But great staff and food.

no stopper in the bathtub, no bottled water provided, toilet paper holder located behind the toilet, paper thin walls so we could hear conversations in next room.
