Is an ok hotel if you on a budget. Not the best service though they never had someone to open the gate during the day i would have to call or get down cause they wouldnt even answer the phone. Asked for toilet paper and lady said she will send some never did so i called front desk and dude said there was none😐 prolly jus lazy to send some. also had asked for my room to get cleaned the day before i got back and my room was not cleaned. Said they were smoke free hotel and it stank of cigarettes and smoke in the hallways and room lol

very happy with shuttle. very happy with staff. my safety was never a concern but the youngsters who hang out in the parking lot smoking pot were intimidating. I will say the hotel seems to keep the youngsters on the lower floors and us old folk up higher. The lower two floors smelled like a 420 celebration on Hippy Hill in SF.

They should have on the website that their boiler wasn’t working because people were expecting breakfast and this day, but couldn’t get any. The stay was all right.

The room lights weren’t working the remote wasn’t working couldn’t even watch TV. The vending machine wasn’t working so I couldn’t even get no snacks either and then there was no breakfast in the morning like the website said.

Hallways carpet and elevator landings could use a steam clean, Area outside could use some trash pick up as people driving by are slobs.

Free shuttle to hotel when our flight was cancelled, unfortunately the restaurant was not open in the hotel. Clean comfortable room. Shuttle to airport at 5AM was also very accommodating.

curb appeal: looked like crack addicts hanging outside. cars parked all inside area that you walk in to check in so I had to park on the street to check in. Elevators sound like they are on their last leg. Buckets/trash cans all over the place on the floor due to leaks from the rain. Carpet wet in the walkway as well as in the room near the window. No vending machines working. As the saying goes: you get what you pay for! And you have to pay for parking? Seriously!!!

The parking was not included with the hotel stay, and I was charged 10 dollars extra per night for parking. Also, the heater was not working. We were very cold, and the blankets were not warm enough. I asked for extra pillows, and they never delivered.

The lobby was nice, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great, and staff was friendly.

Proximity to the airport

For the price I didn’t have high expectations. There were some bumps (no heat, said there was no shuttle) but the staff got me covered, literally. They found me an extra blanket and also when they found out the shuttle would actually be available they called to let me know so that I could cancel Lyft

The lobby & hallways smelled like weed. Exterior of building was sort of run down.

It was comfortable & spacious. Proximity was close to my conference & price was low. I slept well. Staff was helpful.

The age and condition of the facilities were bad. There was a smell of old tobacco (and other) smoke that was everywhere. Signs were taped to the walls warning of $250 fines for people that had pets, a simple policy would suffice.

Francisco was a very positive person. Very helpful and it was obvious he loves his job. The cleaning staff was diligent and did their best.

sheets had stains , walls were dirty , random little flies in the room , hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana . While I was waiting in line to check in , a woman was already wanting to leave because she found bed bugs. Luckily my room was good, definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night. Only reason I stayed was for a last minute thing. You definitely get what you pay for

The facility was in complete disrepair and the presence of an armed security guard was an indicator of what a substandard place this has become. I believe the shuttle driver was also the cook so that was a bit off-putting as well. He was a very kind and courteous diver it was just an odd situation.

The staff was exemplary and helped solve a few issues that arose.
