The garage was smelling of the dumpster. Also the bathroom smelled of sewer. I had to shut the bathroom door to stop the smell coming out to the room.

Hotel has significant design and maintenance issues in the room. Weirdly laid out and working poorly: sink serves kitchen and bathroom, cabinet doors scrape coffee maker when opened, outlets behind bed, faucets won't turn off, ac vent rattles, light fixtures hang below six feet, one spoon. No breakfast. It's a lovely hotel if someone paid attention to detail.

Lovely public areas and spa. Underground secure parking. Good location with lots of food options nearby. Quiet. Free laundry!

The games area was very loud late into the evening.

Though I booked one of the smallest rooms, it was actually lovely. A great layout, nice finishing and very comfortable. Hotel was close walking proximity to grocery store and restaurants.

I really didn’t like the extra $35 that was charged to me upon check-in to cover “Wi-Fi, parking, etc”. The staff was extremely friendly but mentioned this was in the “fine print” in the booking.com reservation. I was dissatisfied with paying more than what was quoted on the website; I usually use hotels.com and every single penny quoted on the reservation is usually what’s charged. Unsure if this is a booking.com or hotel thing but wouldn’t stay here again just for this. A charge for “Wi-Fi”? Please. The room was a little noisy at times because we faced the interior where the pool table and social area was; the door is relatively thin.

Excellent friendly staff, ample parking, safe neighborhood, good restaurants nearby. Clean, simple room with microwave and stove. Overall good price for the value.

I reserved and paid for a room with 2 beds through Booking.com. Much to our dismay, I did not have a copy of my reservation receipt, and your desk agent refused to honor our reservation for a 2 bed room. That is lousy customer service! Very unprofessional! We were offered a 2 bed room at addional cost but refused it.

No cleaning service - have to pay extra $12 (each bed)!! if we wanted to change the bed sheets. The room service is only available on Wednesdays and you have to request it 24 hour prior. No restaurant on site at all, no breakfast. The air was dry but when asked for humidifier (advertised by hotel) were told that there are none available. The whole hotel smells like chlorine because the lobby has indoor hot tub, open air, not separated by any doors.

The rooms are big, the kitchen is fully equipped. The lobby area had a lot of games. Close to the free shuttle to the ski lifts.

The property had litter outside by garage and outside room on patio. Realize post winter this can just appear from snow banks. The construction left the feeling hotel was not completed. But, it also seemed to be stopped as it was very quiet.

Since we booked only an overnight trip, we selected the smallest room. The room had been renovated with some very nice fixtures. The room and bed were very clean (and yes, I looked under the sheets, can't be too safe). The accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were an added bonus, allowing us the option of cooking (had we decided to maintain our meal plan away from home). While the pool and spa were under renovation, they were not available to us, but we didn't have to pay for parking, so the fee was worth it.

Well, it’s not that I didn’t like some thing. It’s just it was old very old but well-kept.

Everybody was very pleasant and very helpful. I was initially given one of the very old rooms on the first floor and the fan on the heater was horrible and loud when I asked if they could fix it and they said they couldn’t they offered to move me upstairs to the larger place. No extra charge.
