The beds are too high. It requires to sit on the edge of mattress. The room is large and for four persons but there is one aimchair only. No table and chairs to drink e.g. coffee or have light breakfast.

Parking!! Not enough spaces to accommodate all quests and spaces were so close together you couldn't get in and out of your vehicle once parked.

Room was very good size room, very clean, comfortable bed. Had room service food was very good. Pool and beach area very nice and clean. Live music at the pool several evenings which was very nice.

I wish the price could have been lower so we could have stayed longer, but it was every bit of excellent! The parking could have been better too.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and comfy. The food was awesome, as were the staff.

The bathroom was very small, but to make up for it was a very nice shower and a hot or cool vent system.

The Pelham House Resort was a great choice to spend a few days on the Cape. It’s location is right on the water. The landscape was cared for daily with beautiful flowers around. The facility had a couple of very nice restaurants, and the pool area was amazing.

we were on the second floor, and because there is no carpeting only hardwoods you can hear footsteps constantly.

Staff was wonderful and the view from our room was beautiful. Opened the balcony doors and could hear the waves crashing.

Two minor issues: 1) we were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. It was difficult to carry our heavy/large suitcases up the stairs but we managed. 2) The balconies are right next to each other with only a canvas tarp separating each room's balcony. We had groups on both sides who were having a great time on their balconies (as they should)-- it made it very difficult to read or have any peaceful/quiet time in the afternoons/evenings on balcony.

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and viewing of the ocean from the pool area. Good food and service at the bar/restaurant.

My husband and I stayed at the Pelham house for 3 nights and we had a great time. It has a modern, beachy vibe that we loved. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We also loved the beach and pool areas. Neither felt crowded and the chairs were very comfortable. Beautiful spot on the Cape. We would definitely stay here again!

We understand it’s hard to find staff especially seasonal staff but, a little more training needs to be done. As a resort we expected a little more service from the staff. Starting with front desk service.

The location was gorgeous ! Rooms we updated and clean. Restaurant and bar were beautiful ( pricey) but beautiful.

I've been to The Pelham Hse many times before it was rennovated and love the location . The rms were lovely and it's right on the beach so... I grew up in Dennisport and now live in CO and winter prices are affordable. My 92 yr old mom loved it as well as my hubby. Unfortunately summer prices are bank Breakers but when home in Dec I'll indulge again.
