I wanted to extend my stay for one extra night but was too that the cost would be over $300. My family and I were so disappointed and had to check into another hotel nearby.

We unfortunately were not able to actually stay at the property however, I had to interact with the front desk associate, Vic and Nicole, front desk manager. And I must say I've been in the travel industry for 20 years. They answered the phone with a smile, sincere and compassionate. When we go down next year for the service alone.

A pulldown shade or additional drapes on the window next to our bedroom would have helped, as sometimes night time headlights would shine in a bit. Not too bad though.

We were concerned about adjacent construction noise since I was planning to do some computer work in the room. We called the Manager about this, and she upgraded us to a better suite, at the more quiet end of the hotel, for no extra charge. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I discovered a lot of negative reviews people write are often not indicative of how most of the rooms are. For example, several said they found bugs in the room...we found none. (we did not eat extensively in the room either, which would attract bugs). I simply kept the room blower running on constant all night, and slept very well! Any construction noise on the nearby new tower was barely heard and only during the day. A great value, and a great location!

“Coffee” in the lobby was seriously lacking but had caffeine. (I think) A smoking area for each floor would be nice. Also having to move the car to enjoy the day at the beach was a giant pain. You’d think since the next days check in isn’t until 3 they could at least make your parking pass good until then instead of check out.

Check in was easy enough. The room was outdated but clean. Kitchenette was stocked well with basic necessities. Convenient shower toiletry dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The pillows were a little hard

I thought the hotel was so cute and comfortable. The size of the room was perfect for me. I loved the furniture too. Full size dresser and nightstands and a wardrobe for hanging clothes. The size of the bathroom was great and I loved the kitchenette. The fridge is bigger than an average fridge. Wonderful experience and very affordable and had a heated pool.

There was building work going on next door to the hotel, obviously not the hotels fault, but be mindful if you're a light sleeper.

The room was a nice surprise, as I honestly didn't expect to see it like that, looking from the outside. The location is good, near the beach and a short walk to the Pier. The bed is super comfy, and the extra bedding was a nice option.

Lots of construction around the area. Music from the restaurant next door was kind of annoying. Thankfully quit around 10 pm.

Great staff very friendly. They let me use some tools in order to try and fix my wife's glasses. Bed was a lot more comfortable since our last stay a few years ago. Heated pool was nice. Great location not too far from the beach.

Currently there is a big construction behind the hotel. The noise begins at 7am.

Great motel, only a short walk away from the beach. Very clean and confortable. Perfect for 1-2 nights, but not longer.
