You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

In the first room we received the AC didn't work so after realizing I couldn't breathe 2:00 a.m. in the morning we changed rooms and were rewarded with the working AC but a lumpy bed 😭 then I went to breakfast and witnessed a Mexican guest sticking his hands in the dish to pick up his damn food. Horrified my daughter and I just shook our heads and went back to the room.
The style, overnight staff & the first bed before we changed rooms.

1st card keys not working and on top floor Ac was ridiculous loud Must specify if housekeeping needed Dirty towels and trash left outside room door for hours Maintenance man a lifesaver,ac unit replaced And he brought extra pillow and towels And he removed trash and towels...kudos to him!!!! Then while checking out this am ,there was a lime green post it note reading Hallelujah rm 426 is leaving today!!!! Seriously, we're we that bad, expecting a working ac..housekeeping services and trash removal.

Everything was broken or they were out of it. The pool was closed for maintenance which is the main reason I picked that hotel. At breakfast, they were out of stock on food and had broken equipment that limited what they could serve. She told me the tvs were broken in every room but ours did work. She even told me she couldn’t print a receipt because the printer didn’t work. It became laughable by that point.

This place was not very clean. Our bathroom and room in general had visible dirt and hair from other customers. Our room had bugs and the TV did not work.
The breakfast was pretty decent. I liked that they had hot food like eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Coffee was good and they had adequate supplies.

Bath tube had dirty stains, the TV never worked, wifi would come and go, we called the front desk multiple times and no one would answer. Also, during breakfast barely any food was put out in time.

Our key didn’t work halfway through our stay. The towels smelled like they were sitting wet in a washing machine overnight. The ac was so loud. The walls are very thin. And you can hear people running around upstairs all day. All of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The pool outside was green so we couldn’t swim.

selected because it advertised 2 pools. both were too dirty to be used. saw another family with small kids all excited to go swimming and then the disappointment on the faces of the entire family when they saw the condition of the pools. sad. we took this place specifically for the pools because it’s at least a half an hour from any beach
