it’s location it’s size,, nice poo,,l nice gym,, close to a lot . location in quiet part of area just steps away from world class shopping ,,bars,, and tons of restaurants. short 10 min ride to Haulover Beach rated best beach in Miami

location & facilities are great - excellent choice for a stay in Miami. Surfside is one of the best suburbs of Miami. Views from the balcony and roof pool are perfect. underground parking an added bonus.

The view, the beds, the large balcony, the superb roof top pool, the nice, safe location and the bonus dressing room area (which hadn’t been mentioned in the property details).

If I have to recommend something it might be a mirror in the main bedroom and bed lamps that is easier to switch on and off. Just small recommendations. Excellent property.
Everything about this property was amazing. Quiet, safe area with amazing views. Everything worked. So many extras. Kitchen very modern and well equipped. We loved to stay here.

We had a 5-star experience leaving in this penthouse starting with the check in. We were met and welcomed by a very nice and attentive person. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and wardrobe which is extremely convenient for bigger families or businesses travelers like us. We were a group of 5 - 2 couples and a single person, and we felt very comfortable. Everybody had their own privacy when needed. The rooftop pool was fantastic!
