We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey call it a resort, but the rooms are definitely outdated and their beds are uncomfortable. Plus the bed squeaks with the slightest movement. Staff charged me twice by accident but I’m the one who caught it and had them reverse it.
The scenery was beautiful. Nice green grass and walkways.

United States of AmericaInadequate coffee service and no microwave. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning, be advised to bring your own coffee maker. There is a tiny Keurig coffee maker. There is no way to heat hot water to make your own . And, the restaurant is a long walk from the room so buying a cup is inconvenient. A complete upgrade of the coffee service is warranted as is adding a microwave.
Nice setting. Quiet. Close to town but out of high traffic area. Rooms large and clean though nothing special in the lower cost range.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was a short drive from all of the things we wanted to see in Sedona. The hotel restaurant was pricey like the rest of Sedona, but the food was delicious. Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and made our stay very enjoyable.

CanadaJust a little far to walk to the Main Street in Sedona and impossible to get an Uber home. Thank goodness for Sedona Tom! Ask for his card from the bartender.
Lovely grounds, private and quiet. Great food at the restaurant especially during happy hour. Watched red hills, coyotes and birds from the balcony. Nice hot tub and fire place was great.

United States of AmericaI had trouble w the door, took a few tries before it would unlock. Even when it turned green it still wouldn’t open. The rug may as well not be there, very thin, outdated. I liked the concept of a fireplace but I think that too needs to be updated. The location made it seem a little more upscale, even when entering the lobby. But the room is what brought it down on my opinion.
The location was good, a nice place to do plenty of walking.
