We spent a fun week with our grandchildren. Not much could mess that up.

Restaurants advertised on the web were not available or open. We had to travel out into the community to find places to eat.

    The pools were excellent.

The room. We were a family of four and spent $2000 on a room four days. King size bed and a pull out couch. No room for a cot so we had work around that. Girls in one bed and boys on the other (teen girl and boy are against sharing a bed lol). The pullout rideable was horrible to sleep on, squeaky beyond words and springs popping out. Backache every morning. The king bed was old and broke down in-parts, as long as you found the duvet you would sleep well. Overall the rooms were really dated and could use an overhaul. Brown old carpet dark non matching furniture. Water pressure in the shower was a light rainfall.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant Hole in the wall was slightly overpriced but the food was good $200 for a family of four. The water park was amazing, again a little overpriced and not sticklers on rules. I saw tons of people bring in food and drinks, yet my family followed the rules and spent $300 on food and drinks in one whole day. Overall the pool, restaurant, and staff were awesome!

The hotel/resort is in a peaceful place, and the people working there were friendly. But the room looked kind of old-fashioned, and I saw some dust on the blankets, which wasn't great. Also, there was no microwave in the room, and that would have been useful. Even though there were these small things, I still had a good time at the hotel, and it could be even better with a few improvements.

The lazy river and main attractions were unavailable due to construction. This should have been communicated during booking and I would have chosen another resort. The room needs updating.

Could have used some attention in the cleanliness department. There were huge spider webs in the lobby on the windows. The window in the elevator was not clean. Overall the facility could use some TLC.

Looks tired. Waterpark , lazy River not very clean. Staff amazing and beds very comfortable. Grounds , casitas look neglected.

Location, pet friendly, memorable place for myself and family. Very familiar, my fathers was a construction owner in 80’s and contracted at the Pointe resorts.

The closest elevator to our 3 floor room was out of order. The elevator that was working did not have air and it was 110 degrees outside making the elevator unbearable and dangerous if anyone got stuck in it. Luckily our group was all capable of using the stairs.

The recently renovated Agave Suite was roomy, quite and comfortable. The location was perfect visiting local restaurants and enjoying the onsite waterpark. The waterpark offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and cool off. All of the staff was great.

River Ranch was extremely packed, unable to use facilities. There was a scorpion in the room. No rest due to loud people in the pool until 12am Agave room was outdated and it smelled like smoke which gave a headache. No Parking. Overfilled trash. Paid over $380 for one night with taxes, not worth the price. No continental breakfast, they assigned me $125 credit for the restaurant, food was under seasoned, needed salt and pepper I wish I can get my money back, so disappointed, was expecting a lot more from a “4 star hotel

The prices are very high and the water park, restaurants. And cafe close early. The tv kept going in and out. A maintenance tech came to check but had no resolution. You have to ask for a microwave if you want one. There were several people at the waterpark without wristbands so it had me thinking did everyone pay to enter. The bed was nice lookong but uncomfortable

I liked the amenities, the on site restaurants and cafe at the water park. The location is great as there are stores all around to get things you need. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I liked the towels available at the water park and pool. I liked the lazy river. I like the size of the Kong Suite.

The property is showing its aging. There are numerous places around the pool and lazy river that was in poor condition and falling apart - missing tiles and damage on the bridges. It wasn't easy to get to the back area where the old town theme was and no water access there either. The water was kind of cloudy. The pool towels are pretty worn out. Parking spaces are perfect for small vehicles not for full size vehicles. Drinks, snacks and meals I think were pricey. Bathroom by the pool needed better lighting.

Check in and out was fast and easy with friendly counter service with a beautiful entrance. Comfortable / clean room, it had a refrigerator to keep items cold. The pools and lazy river were the main attraction for this trip for a birthday girl. The family friendly environment was fun for everyone. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and offered clean towels and made the beds for us.
