Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the aircon and fridge are a bit noisy for the people sleeping in the dining room on the sofa bed
front desk staff was super helpful, we had an issue with our fridge and they got a technician to change it on the spot. The hotel is well located, you can easily walk to anywhere in the strip. There are a couple of washing machines available on different floors which is super convenient to wash and dry your clothes. A small convenient store is available in the hotel building which was useful for our first night as we arrived late from the airport and didn't feel like going to the strip for food and drinks! Across the street you have a shopping mall where you can find a couple of affordable restaurants and bars. The room we booked had one bedroom and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our group of 3 people, and was much cheaper than booking two rooms.

You cannot smoke. There is no area for smokers. In the questions and answers it says there’s smoking floors, but there’s none. You can’t smoke on balcony.
The property is clean and updated.

I didn't get my room clean in my stay for 6 days. The housekeeper came on the third day, and I told her to leave towels and wash clothes. I told her to come back the next day. I also went down to the front desk to remind them about service on Saturday. They contacted housekeep to clean my room on Saturday. I left out of my room from Sunday . I contacted the front desk on Monday, and they told me that it was canceled. I was very disappointed with not having my room cleaned during my stay for 6 day.

1. Poorly equipped kitchen. Frying pans are scratched,no tea, salt or pepper. 2. Uncomfortable beds. 3. The hotel overlooks a construction site. 4. No restaurant service. 5. The worst ever cleaning service. They scheduled a cleaning but only changed the beds. They didn't even hoover and left toxic dishwasher pads right on the dining table. We were traveling with young kids, and it could have ended up bad.
1. The location is great. Close to Strip, yet not its busiest part. 2. Spacious rooms. 3. Proximity to Target. 4. Friendly staff.

The Valet upon arrival -were were told it was full - it wasn’t in fact full just they didn’t appear to have enough help and were not quick enough to get cars parked expediently enough!

I expected daily cleaning of my room but i later realized it was by request.
The location was excellent, not too noisy but very close to all the areas of my interest. My room was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this vacation Hotel and i will definitely come back.

The water was a little weird to us, it was fizzy and cloudy and then would clear up after settling, certainly wish we could have seen the rooftop pool but the pool we were able to go to at the Cancun resort was amazing
Staff was amazing & very friendly, the view from the 19th floor was beautiful and the hotel in general is beautiful

Construction workers would start very early in the morning, even on saturday and the banging noise woke me up.
Great size, loved that it had kitchenette, good location. Loved there was a mini mart in the hotel.

There was some sort of plumbing issue. Every time water would drain from the bathroom sink you could hear it bubbling in the kitchen sink.
Of course the location was great and the price of the hotel was economical

The location is great. But I wanted to book adjoining rooms but none available. I paid high price for two King sz bedroom instead . and the bottom garage not free anymore
