The size of the unit accommodation was great! On-site availability of beach chairs and towels at no cost. Front desk staff in club house was very customer friendly and offered daily activities near the pool. Quality and layout of lodging and grounds provided a quiet and uncrowded experience. Club Wyndham is close to beaches, shopping, and cafes. The Kilauea Bakery in the historic Kong Lung Marketplace was just a short drive away, offering a variety of freshly made soups, sandwiches, salads, pastries, and pizzas.

Great large 1 bedroom with a jacuzzi and a wrap around balcony. The hot tub and pool were good and a quick drive to Hanalei.

I didn't know that there was no A/C. With the windows open and the ceiling fan on, it was comfortable. The roosters were loud and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. It was difficult to get the luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but nobody seems to have elevators on this island.

Very nice location with ocean view. The suite was larger than expected and had everything that we needed. When we had repairs needed, they responded immediately.

We had some roaches but I guess that is almost unavoidable. Everything else was really nice.

The pool, the hot tub and the hours we could make use of it were really nice. Also the conciërge was great he helped us with some beach items and set us up with some wristbands and things to do. Also the room was very spacious and had a nice bath and shower. The kitchen was big enough for a family of 6.

We were upgraded to the Wyndham Shearwater (did not stay at Wyndham Ka Eo Kai). Our stay at Shearwater was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was beautiful and we had breathtaking views of the ocean!

Fridge was very loud and couldn't be repaired properly, we couldn't get another room so we didn't sleep for two nights because of the noise. Room looked very different than online.

We booked two rooms for four adults and firstly they were miles away from each other. This was not stated when the booking was made. Secondly room 33AE was located opposite the trash facilities and had two small chairs outside facing the trash for the ‘patio’. The interleading door to the room next door was so thin we could hear every grunt made by the occupants. Photos on website were totally inaccurate and misleading. Carpet in both rooms very dirty. We found two false nails on the carpet in our room 35CE.

Even though we loved that hot tub it was over clorinated. I have used many hot tubs in the past but this one had a lot of clorine . Still very much enjoyed it.

great location next to the pool with ocean views. loved that there was a hot tub even though it is warm out it is just great to relax in a hot tub. The beds were super comfy and the whole unit was very clean and spacious. Great space for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything one might possibly need. We really did like the downstairs location as that made it so easy to walk to the pool and car. We would definetly come back.

Hotel not renovated and felt old, the floor is uneven and feels weird walking on. Fridge and fan makes a lot of noise when sleeping. Very small room. For this price the standard was to low. Aslo some minutes by car away to anything. Rather stay at the Hanalei Bay itself.

Excellent location, so very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there and was very pleased with our hotel room which was way more than we had expected. We are definitely telling all our friends and Ohana about this resort and will definitely be going back .

Our unit was close to a Road that had a little more traffic noise than we had planned on. It was still a great stay in spite of that.

our room was situated next to a well trafficked road off of the property, separated by hedges (a good thing) but there was a bit more road noise than I had hoped for.

close to the water, spacious rooms, well appointed, large windows for light and view, comfortable pool, grounds well planned and kept up, beautiful scenery toward to mountains and the sea/golf course. all went according to plan for stay in 2 bedroom condos. When son transferred with his boys to a one bedroom, he ended up with a spectacular view from the 3rd floor.

There wasn’t a beach nearby. All else was great!

It was quiet, room was clean and spacious with a spa tub & separate toilet, adequate kitchenette and a small balcony to watch the sunset. The pool was nice although we didn’t use it. The Princeville shopping plaza was walking distance away.

We knew the studio we booked would be small. But we did not expect it to be noisy (from other guests) and dark and lacking in privacy. All very disappointing and certainly not value for money.

Spacious, 2nd floor, over the golf course with view of the ocean, lots of song birds in addition to chickens, beautiful pool, comfy beds, no airconditioning (but louver windows everywhere catching the breezes- loved the fresh air feel). Highly recommend!

Specious with a very large lanai. I appreciated the kitchen for us to make food at “home”
