This isn't a bad thing but when I book my room, I did not request a handicap room. When I arrived that is the room I was given. It was a nice room but a little tired and defiantly not as well kept as the other rooms I've stayed in.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. Obviously, I really like the property and location. Front Desk person was great. Forgot her name. I stayed on the bay side which is beautiful. Right across the street from the beach/ocean. Close to Publix and restaurants and beach bars.

I cut my foot on the door sill multiple times because it was such a high step up and out onto the balcony. The sheets were not very soft, unpleasant to the touch. I would recommend a higher thread count sheet to improve guest satisfaction.

Our room was located on the 5th floor and had spectacular views of the gulf from the balcony. I loved that both the living room and the master bedroom had balcony access. The unit was clean upon arrival and was very modern. The size of the unit accommodated us and our children perfectly. The pool was great and helped to cool us down on the high temperature days.

Only 1 parking spot. And in the master bedroom, the bed has a metal piece sticking out on the side towards the balcony that we caught ourselves on several times

Had a neighbor that smoked pure marihuana constantly! Like ALL the time and very strong. The smell was awful in our apartment even with the doors closed. The pool area also smelled of dope. We couldn’t be at our balcony nor the pool area.

What's not to like! All 1st class

Everything was luxury! Lady who checked us in was very warm hearted and lovely. Loved the apartment, so clean, very high standard of decor and facilities. Fantastic location across road from the sea, we watched the best sunrise across the bay, amaizing pools to use...just perfect for us to have a break with our teenage son. Thank you Provident Oceania for a special stay x

No kettle or tea

Location & views from room & balcony were AMAZING! opposite the beach & close to restaurants, only criticism is as Brits we like a kettle & tea but none was provided 🙁

The sofa bed was old and not comfortable to sleep in. The living room curtains need an update.

Beautiful view from the balcony, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen, dog friendly and good location at the beach. Washer and dryer at the suite.

The pool is rather small.

Location was excellent. Property needs updating. Dishes and cups chipped. Shower curium bathroom had mold. Some front desk staff lovely, manager not so much. You get what you pay for and this was a decent price

It smelled like urine around the elevator, the room had a weird smell too. Coffee maker was dirty, the setup of the furniture was odd in the living room area and the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. The hot tub was not hot at all.

View was beautiful of the beach/gulf side. Building structure was neat. The beach was very nice.
