The cleaning

I loved the hotel in the past but not having the hot tubs was a bummer. The breakfast was nice I use to love the biscuits and gravy but they don’t serve it anymore I wish it was more amenities for the price

Nobody was at the desk to check us in for a while, needs updating for price, our room smelled like cigarette smoke, really loud next to a gas station and Walmart parking lot, beds were uncomfortable and I can sleep well anywhere

Basic continental breakfast, dogs allowed with patio door right outside to grassy area, fair price for pets, fairly clean although older facilities, heated pool available although we did not use it

The outter door from my hallway to the parking lot was hard to push and keep open when dealing with luggage. I would prefer to unload onto a dolly at the portico and then park. The hallway had a lot of leaves blown in but that may be a seasonal issue. The wind had been blowing.

The room was fine. Bed comfortable and linens fresh. The size of the property makes unloading the car a little more work without a dolly. I didn't use the breakfast because I brought my own. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It needs a lot of work. If you put your name on it than you need to own it. The breakfast you offer is awful. I think the staff up front need to be better pretection. People of all sorts come in and out late at night. The carpet needs to be updated badly. The toilet wabbels. The up keep needs to be better.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly. The best.

The bed was something I was looking forward to as I’d been on the road from Oregon to Colorado and sleeping in my Megacab truck for 3 nights. The bed was so uncomfortable that when I woke up it took 10 minutes to get out of bed, my back was locked up do to the quality of the mattress. Other than that this is a great little hotel. It was very clean as well.

The staff was fantastic. The lady in the bar which I think was Mexican and a little hard to understand but she made great effort to help me understand what she was saying.

No elevator was a little problem but the building was being upgraded and fixed up- tile floors should be replaced and new bathroom light installed -that would help to rooms

There was no shower curtain in bathroom. Had to ask for one. Property seemed slightly “run down”.

The free breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable. We were pleased to have a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. We also had a desk and an easy chair. The room was a very good size.

-The front lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. The minute after we checked in the front desk gals were out in front smoking. -The front lobby staff assured me I could use another credit card to pay with when we checked out, the gal was not paying attention & charged the card I gave for the reservation, instead of the one I was attempting to hand her. -Our door key malfunctioned & had to be replaced. -The breakfast lady was a bit of a "grump' & was very put off by guests trying to get breakfast & interrupting her flow. She would stand in line with the guests with her cart-which is ok, but popped a nasty face & hands on her hips-because her cart was moved over ever so slightly (while she returned to the kitchen). -FYI. The pool hand rail(on the side)needs to be fixed-loose from the cement-someone could get hurt. -Ice machine was down-but staff offered to get us ice. they were kind!

-The gentleman that was helping with breakfast was very pleasant & kind. -The pool water felt great! Very clean! -The room is older, but clean and loved having the coffee pot & supplies in the room. The front desk was great when I asked for more coffee-need our caffeine! -Bed & pillows were clean & comfortable. -Liked the available brochures in the lobby for the area. We tried 2 places to eat at that we didn't know about. Food was great! -Liked it was close to Walmart.

Enjoyed having a hot breakfast option but please hold the salt on the eggs ..... way too salty!

Mattress was comfortable. Room was large. The staff was so great! The lady in the dining room was very accommodating and pleasant.
