I didn't like the front desk attitude and it took a month to get my deposit back from them. I'll never stay at Quality Inn again and my whole crew of 100 knows and won't be staying there also.

I liked that it was fairly close to my job.

Pool was very cloudy, all three days. The " breakfast" was meager. But, many good breakfast places nearby. Few phone hook-ups that worked.

The breakfast was very minimal, No danish, donuts, assorted fruit and nothing hot like eggs or sausage and gravy. there were on;y 2 yogurts in the fridge. It was very dissappointing.

The pool area was very nice because of the waterfalls. The chairs were old and rusty and the concrete was cracked in a lot of areas, Dangerous for children.

The room had a musty old smell. The AC wasn't great and felt humid in room. It was late when we checked in and didnt want to change rooms, so I did not mention to staff. At check-out no one was at front desk to speak with and left key on counter

If you’re in the room when the maid comes, she will skip your room and doesn’t come back. Maid service time is inconsistent — sometimes the maid was there mid morning and other days she wasn’t there until late afternoon.

Excellent location right off the interstate. Reasonable driving distance to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral National Seashore, Universal, and Disney World.

Not completely clean. Hair and dirt on floor and bathtub. Not 100% sure that the bed sheets were fresh. Did not smell freshly laundered.

Hard floors instead of carpet was the only good thing. Property was dirty, rooms were partially updated but bathroom was a mess. Did not live up to the rating and the pictures were not at all what it really looked like. Would not allow us a full refund prior to checking in. Ac was not sufficient either and very loud when running.

super noisy from highway, old and worn down, moldy smell, younger receptionist wasn't professional and talked on the earphones while I tried to ask some questions, felt rude

the breakfast was a lie, I paid an amount containing breakfast and the next day I was informed that there would be none. I understand that there was a storm that night, but in this case I would need, because there was no discount on the daily rate. I paid for breakfast and there was none. Lack of organization, full hotel, there were resources, but they didn't plan the execution, terrible. I only chose the hotel for this service and it didn't have it. The reception this day was extremely vague in the response, as if I asked for something that I didn't pay for, I paid and I didn't receive the service.

We thought the room was clean until we walked around on the bare floor and our feet were black. Never had that happen at any hotel before.

The breakfast bar was cut down tremendously since last year. Nowhere to sit outside if you want to have a cigarette. Everything has been cheaped down.

Big soaker tub, but difficult for older people to get into.
