Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not too clean. Tv wasn’t working well in our room. Lots of static while watching. Would get very loud and picture would get fuzzy. Workout room was just sad. Most of the cardio equipment didn’t work well. One set of weights, 50 lbs. no disinfectant wipes.
The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, eggs etc.

We checked in about 430 am, when we arrived they had given our room away. So they gave us two different rooms. Then about 730 am house keeping tried to come into my room. Then 930 someone from housekeeping came and beat on my husbands room and said get out. They said they would “take” care of it and then done nothing

THE ROOM HAD VERY OLD FURNITURE, THE CLEANLINESS IS DISAPPOINTING, THE BATHROOM DOESN'T WORK WELL, THE TOWELS ARE VERY BAD, THE BREAKFAST VERY BAD AND THE KITCHEN ASSISTANT DID SOMETHING VERY UNPLEASANT, TAKING OUT THE PANCAKE REFILL WITH MANY PEOPLE IN THE QUEUE WHAT I FOUND WAS VERY UNPLEASANT, A LACK OF COMMON SENSE AND CONSIDERATION BECAUSE THE MACHINE TOOK A LONG TIME TO MAKE THE PANCAKE AND THE ONLY THING THAT REALLY WAS JUST FOR BREAKFAST WAS THE PANCAKE KKK, A SUGGESTION SO THAT IT CAN BE IMPROVED, ADD REAL EGGS , PROTEINS, PUT PROFESSIONALS WHO WANT TO WORK REALLY IN THE KITCHEN AND CLEANING THE ROOMS.
AIR CONDITIONING IS VERY COLD, I LIKED IT, AVAILABLE BLACK COFFEE, AN ICE MACHINE AVAILABLE, AND THE SWIMMING POOL IS VERY NICE.

For the price I paid it was not a quality room. There is no carpet on the floor. The floors look like old tile that needs work. That bathroom and shower were not clean and the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable.

When we first entered the room, it smelled very musty. When they were cleaning they didn't notice if there was enough paper in the bathroom. One day I had to go to the frontdesk to ask for more paper because we ran out.

The room felt very damp and musty. My husband and I got there before our friends so we turned on the fans and air conditioning but we spend the night feeling wet.
Location was convenient, and though we didn't use the pool we did use the area to relax in the sun. Staff were very friendly and kept our bags secure while we explored prior to check in.

Hallway carpet seems to smell "aged'.
Good value for money - clean room & bathroom - close to airport - decent room size - decent breakfast - at walking distance to gas station, taco bell and several shops.

There is noise due to the INN proximity to the highway and the airport, so the sound of planes is very annoying Some reception staff do not speak English and behave rudely with guests The room KEY card is always deactivated if you leave the rooms, and this forces you every time you go out to visit the reception desk to reactivate the room KEY card. It seems that they are afraid that the guests will escape and not pay!! They have instructions that if you want the room cleaned, you must inform them 24 hours in advance. I expected that the room would not be opened, and I did not want anyone to enter my room while I was out. I found that my room opened by room services however I did not request any cleaning.

Not very clean, the shower was nasty, the toilet barely flushed . We had to keep requesting towels and toilet paper. The breakfast was not good at all.
