Housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the room and the workings of things like sink faucets, ours was loose and not properly installed. When we reported it to maintenance it was fixed in a timely manner,

The wifi kept cutting off. The sheets were dirty as if someone was on them before we got there. Also, there's no elevator or cleaning products for the bathroom.

Its located right next to cracker barrel and across the street from waffle house. The place is quiet but the environment is noisy due to it being about 8-10 mins away from the airport.

I prepaid for my room. At the hotel they took a $50 deposit which was supposed to be refunded a few days after checkout; however, they never refunded the $50. I had to dispute the charge on credit card. I would never stay there again.

Placed in a room on the first floor. Noise from foot traffic outside room walkway was constant. Also the roar from I-85 was present. Observed parking lot with trash and debris.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast served between 6-9 am in the lobby with a variety of choices. Price reasonable for the property. Cracker Barrell next door.

I would not have slept a wink without good earplugs - this place is next to 3 highways, and the noise is considerable. Blackout curtains were dark but did not cover the full window edges, and even at night there is a lot of light from parking lot/street lights. Access to the rooms is outside along an external walkway, so you have other guests walking by right up close to your only window, as such does not give any sense of privacy. As a woman traveling alone, I was grateful for the extra interior locks on the door. Unfortunately there was no breakfast yet at 5am, but I managed to snag a cup of coffee. Overall, it was not somewhere I would want to spend a vacation, but it was what I needed in the moment and not more or less than I expected for the price.

The mattress/bedding was comfortable. The staff were kind. I picked this spot for the closeness to the airport and the free shuttle, because it was literally just for a few hours' sleep on a layover - I barely even undressed and didn't use the shower. I checked in at midnight, left at 5am. The front desk advised me to leave a little earlier than i wanted to, but that was smart - I got in before the morning rush. The shuttle was on time.

I booked a king size bed room suite but I think I was out in a queen bed when I got to the room. I wanted to tell the lady upfront but it totally slipped my mind.

Gap under door-could see light and feel and smell the air coming in -especially cigarette smoke. Also sketchy people loitering and soliciting money. Police dressed in tactical gear on the second floor banging on the door in the morning making an arrest.

Room had been remodeled sometime recently. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had different selections .
