You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

That was not the case The clerk argued with me that it was not up to quality inn to set their standards of whether or not they have breakfast. He indicated that all I wanted was everything for free and that I should go to the Marriott and pay for breakfast. It was kind of rude and insulting. They should make sure the website is correct.

United States of AmericaThey advertised breakfast but "unfortunately" they were not serving it. Wallpaper was peeling, and you could tell the mattresses and curtains were very old.
I liked that they had a room available and that it was reasonably clean. I also liked that when I asked the manager to move my room because there were 10 people partying in the room next to ours, he addressed the party. I liked that it had a lobby entrance and not doors to the parking lot.

United States of AmericaThe front desk staff were never at the front desk. The elevator was slow and the whole place had a funny smell, and I don’t mean weed lol, it was funky. And the shower had barely any water pressure and the temp valve kept getting stuck.
They were the only hotel with availability when I messed up another booking I had made.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled like marijuana really bad. It was impossible to be in this room with the stench. The staff didn't have any air freshener. They gave us lemon Pledge to cover the pot smell. The Pledge covered the smell fairly well. The sheets had holes, looked like cigarette burns.
The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Amenities includes wifi, refrigerator and microwave. Quiet, no noise.

Lights didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work, constant movement overhead all night. Air conditioning system was pumping in something that smelled like skunk. Advertised breakfast included with price - no breakfast due to COVID. NOT worth the price.
