There was nothing I didn't like.

Day shift desk staff! He was artificially friendly at the same time he screwed us and charged an extra $200 deposit on top of the first $200 deposit. Said there was nothing he could do to reverse it. We got it back after we checked out but it caused us to have to take out a short term loan from our credit union. Room was in disrepair. No improvements since our last stay when the shower temperature was scalding, then freezing within seconds.

The corridor smelled like somebody was smoking marijuana even in the non smoking rooms it was strong. The shuttle that’s suppose to leave at 6 am did leave at that time but they have to take some people in another hotel and assist other people with the parking I almost missed my flight coz that was 30 minutes of going from one place to another and going to the airport

The blankets in the room were too thin, and there were no extras to be used. Also, I used the services for parking while flying out back. The gentleman who drove us was extremely rude.. Myself and another passenger helped an elderly couple get all their luggage while the driver sat there.

Our room was in a lower level far from the elevator so a bit awkward going to and from our rental car to bring stuff into the room.

100.00 deposit for a cut rate room. Very old hotel, very little upgrades or maintenance for the age. Could not get a receipt showing the 100.00 deposit, nor a final receipt showing credit back of 100.00.

After a very long flight and a middle of the night arrival, I took a shuttle to the wrong hotel. Quality Inn was gracious enough to send their shuttle over to the other hotel to pick me up. Thank you ever so much.

Washroom was extremely dirty. Smell of urine. Do Not believe the cleaners are cleaning it. Mould buildup on walls. Quality inn Shuttle driver from airport to hotel was rude. And not helpful at all, although I was travelling with a disabled person who needed the assistant. Front desk staff was very helpful.

-The hot water was intermittent. I tried to have a bath but it was only lukewarm. The water came out hot for about 5 seconds and then became too cool. In spite of trying to fill the bath in spurts, it was very unsatisfactory. -In addition, the decor in the bathroom included very poorly done repairs - especially on the door. -The toilet didn't flush properly the last time we used it and the water rose so high that I thought it was going to overflow.

-Breakfast was nice. Good selection except boiling water for tea should also be provided. -Both staff members we interacted with were lovely. Very friendly, very helpful and very nice. -The location is very convenient for the airport.

The front desk person seemed to need to go home and sleep. In the morning about 8:30 she had had head hidden down on arms, as if asleep. I had to say, “Excuse me,” to get her to look up and see me in order to arrange for a 10:00 shuttle to SEA airport. No smiles or friendly reception at reception desk either at night or in the morning. Housekeeping and attendant at breakfast, however, had been doing a good job! Room was nicely ready, and breakfast was being attended to.

We stayed 3 times over a 3 week period and on each occasion the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not 5 star luxury but very adequate for an overnight stay. In two of our rooms everything worked well but room 217 had hot water from both taps and no cold.

Small room, very little counter space for storing items on the vanity. The shower curtain only went partially across the tub and the bowed rod was broken so that the curtain slid way down leaving a very big gap. Lots of water outside the tub. We reported that issue but it wasn't fixed.

Staff was pleasant. The property, including our room was clean. We liked that there was a small frig and microwave in the room.
