The biggest problem I notice a gentleman that worked there was chaging water in water cooler and he just had a bad attitude about doing his job.

I specifically chose this place for the pool for my young grandchildren. It was too cold, too much chlorine, and too few towels

Our reservation was messed up because we checked in early. We thought thing's were lined out until someone knocked on our door and told us we were past or check out date. I'm glad I had my information for my stay. The lady at the front desk helped us out 100% But the manager or whoever knocked on our door and following person made us feel very uncomfortable.

Since I stayed here the last time, housekeeping has returned to servicing the rooms daily. The only thing confusing was that the room received four different levels of servicing. If that is the plan, it would be helpful know it.

The Breakfast Area is always clean and fully stocked for guest. You are always greeted by the staff to start your day.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though upon checking in were required to sign a form stating I knew it was a smoke free facility. Sunday morning when packing up to check out the hallway of the 2nd floor right outside our room smelled like the sewer had backed up or something.

We literally waited, along with 10-20 other people, for 30 minutes to get checked in. There was no one at the desk. One of the employees tried to call him with no answer. There was a sign that said manager on duty. Where?? And when we tried to call numbers we found on business cards, no answer.

The beds were so comfortable. And the whirlpool in the room was great.

The front desk manager, Jena Sievers, has horrible customer service skills and is a liar. I was told I would be able to check into all my rooms noon when I arrived and was not able to d so making us late for my sons wedding. Also, I had to kill a roach the morning I was leaving the room.

I would want to improve the next time when I stay, I would ask not to have a room on the pet friendly floor. I was unaware the pets were allowed on my floor. I had several dogs barking in the early morning which woke me up earlier than I desired. Also, I was unaware that customer must request for their bedding to be change. Moving forward I know if I stay three days a more, I will ask to have my bed sheets changed.5

Everyday I ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was hot and delicious. It had a variety of food selections to appease every individual specific diet. I loved the different flavors of tea; the tea was very soothing. The dining room was very clean and serene area to dine in.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not have a hot tub. The Booking.com site listed the hotel as having one, and we were looking forward to that.

Breakfast was excellent, good selection to choose from. All the staff we encountered were very good. The gentleman that checked us in was great to deal with. It is much nicer to have a decent breakfast before checking out of the hotel, rather than having to load up, go find someplace else. Not only does it save money, but it also saves a fair amount of time.

Unfortunately our room smelt of smoke - housekeeping tried to do the best they could to get rid of it!

Breakfasts were very very good with good facilities and plenty of tables and space. Rooms were spacious with everything you needed. Housekeeping was good.
