There were not any good channels without commercials available on the television.

Late check-in was no problem, the room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful!

Sign going into the parking lot of the inn needs an arrow to indicate where to turn. Because there is another driveway side by side, one can turn into the wrong driveway. My room is right above the reception area. Throughout the night, there were banging and some noise from downstairs. I had to put on ear plugs to sleep. There was nothing for you to clean the utensils. Bring your own or leave them.

Good price. Spacious room. Good location. Close to Fred Meyer. Nice area for dogs. The kitchen has just enough utensils to do some cooking.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and there must’ve been some kind of roof leak as water dripped from the bathroom vent fan the entire time.

Extremely comfortable bed, great continental breakfast, hot tub was nice & great customer service.

Would have preferred a ground floor room - i should have asked

Staff were so helpful and kind. I was allowed to charge my plug in hybrid overnight. Reception staff happily washed my coffee mug when the washroom was closed in main area. Did it so thoroughly and willingly. Unpretentious but comfy, friendly and great value

I made three attempts before I got the right driveway. I could see the sign, but I wasn’t familiar with the area.

The front desk was great. Carrying bags with a dog on a leash was made easier by the accessibility of my own door to outside. Even the grout in the shower it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

At no fault of the hotel, the homeless man at the entrance was difficult to have to drive by each time you enter or exit. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. The pool was clean and easy to access.

The new room had no microwave. Found out not all rooms have one. No cable for the TV until the next day. Wifi is open/public and was kind of lacking, had to reconnect to it a lot. No kitchen so breakfast was the same offering every day. Can switch up the choices a bit. Location-- okay, but I am glad I had a good navigator on board :)

Started off with a subpar room. But they found another room that was clean and okay. Staff was courteous. They were really great about trying to accomodate us. Had laundry room, which we used. Provided breakfast. Missing cable for TV and a microwave, but they found one and hooked up the TV the next day. We stayed for six nights, so I wanted all of these. Had three floors so they also had an elevator.

After booking our week through Booking.com we found out that it would have cost 25 percent less booking directly through the hotel. We’re very disappointed that booking.com didn’t find the same rate.

Entrance/driveway is kind of hard to see. I think a small auto dealer is right next door. On the other side I think is a restaurant. The hotel sign is tall, and very visible, but not the driveway.

Very clean room and hallways. Front desk person very nice. Breakfast was good, two types of make-it-yourself waffles. At least 4 kinds of juice to choose from. Quiet location despite being on a main road. Close to food, gas, groceries

Location.

The pool was enclosed and private so the kids could enjoy it. The hot tub was spacious and covered, very nice and the breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage. All great!

The room had an odd smell like they cleaned the carpet, but didn't allow the room to air out afterward. The hotel is located behind a car lot, so you have to watch for the driveway. It's more like an alley way to the property. Pretty minor drawbacks all in all.

We traveled in July and appreciated having an outdoor pool. The building does block the sun after 6/6:30, so that may be a consideration if you're planning on using the pool. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt, cold and hot cereal and waffles among other things. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quite large!
