I could eat breakfast for all meals but the breakfast at your hotel was not very good. It was built up as being great and i was looking forward to it. It was one of the major reasons i booked with your hotel. About the food.......The sausage patties taste good, but the rest needs improvement. Your eggs lack flavor for they taste instant. It would help to not be able to see the frozen bag of eggs being boiled to thaw out when you walk up to the counter. The potatoes every morning were not warm and lack flavor as well. They tasted not fresh. Lastly, I tried one bite of the oatmeal and it was awful.

One of the biggest reasons I selected your hotel was the claim of a great breakfast. To start your day with a good warm meal is always a plus. The breakfast was disappointing.

How when they said breakfast would be from 7:00 to 10:00 it was more like 7:00 to 9:30 if they wanted to close down early or started cleaning up that's one thing they should make a statement posted that says last seating at 9:30 not 7:00 to 10:00 because when we get there at 9:30 for breakfast mind you were right across from it our room is right next to it they were taking down breakfast that had hardly anything left it was stupid not worth even going to the breakfast was a major let down

Nothing really The only thing is I had a little like a living room in the front and the bedroom within the back and it'll sliding door in between If I close that door I don't think I think cuz of furnace and AC vent right on the other side I don't think I would really get much air or heat in the other room I'm not sure but I closed it a couple times and I got really really cold and really really hot so

They allow me to check in early I was able to check in at 12:00 they allow pets and the location that I was at I was perfect right by the stairs and then I parked basically right behind my room so I could go in and out without having to go to the front because my dog gets very very excited when he sees people so and it freaks some people out so it was able to avoid people definitely will stay there again

The only complaint I have, which is not a huge deal… the shampoo and conditioner was so small we both couldn’t use it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The older man that works the breakfast area… what a great guy!!! He was hilarious and made our morning.

Nothing everything was lovely and was way above and beyond any other hotel anywhere else in Michigan and I have traveled extensively.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal but I can tell you this I have never stayed in a nicer place. From check in and the clerk at the desk to the room to the fantastic breakfast there needs to be an option on here to give this hotel 10 stars or more. The cook in the breakfast area was beyond anything I have ever encountered He was wonderful and the food was exceptional. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations 100%. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. And every trip in the future will be spent with an evening at the quality suites hotel, hands down. The nicest place to stay yet.

Hot water in sink just wasn't there. Overhead light in bedroom wasn't working, but there were several other lights bedside.
