Beautiful everything! Maybe it's a hotel that was under a different chain before, I don't know. It's the first time I came to it, I intend to come hopefully often. Thank you!

The closest exit door to my room wasn't working properly, and sometimes couldn't be opened.

Being next to the interstate it was noisy. If you’re room is facing the highway be sure to bring ear plugs

Continental breakfast is mediocre, not much variety, asked to refill wheat bread which never was done by the breakfast attendant.

The cons are the layout of the hotel was odd, the pool was located down a long hall of windows to the outside. It was dated and just seemed a little sketchy as the location was down a long drive with nothing else around it.

The pros were the comfortable bed, the indoor pool and the staff were very friendly. We had a issue during the middle of the night, slipt some juice into the plug next to the bed. The staff came down right away and checked it for us to make sure it was safe. So I appreciated that.

Good access to a highway, close to stores, restaurants and the town center. Quiet area, clean room and clean cozy check in area, really helpful receptionist. I would stay there again.

The beddings are clean so I had no trouble sleeping, but if there's anything to improve, the blankets have holes, and the room air feels a bit damp and stiffy. The breakfast was bread and juice and coffee, no waffle stations or anything that requires constant management, which is understandable since the room price is so low.

The pool is a old-time-fancy-hotel pool, and the view from the pool is gorgeous! The pool was super warm when we were there and almost too good to be true when it was snowing outside. The bed is comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The property is very dated and needs to be upgraded. A floor lamp in my room was broken, there were exposed rusty screws on the toilet, and the paint job in the hallway looked like a child had completed it, just to name a few things. But, it was inexpensive as far as hotels go and the bed was super comfy, which is exactly what I needed.

Bed was comfortable, convenient parking.

Clean attractive room. Isolated, one bridge across interstate from hustle and bustle of Queensbury, Lake George area. While like me it has some age and a few wrinkles here and there it was very comfortable and would stay there again .

No elevator, not many breakfast options . Weird smell inside. Saw a maid put towels that had fallen off her cart onto the floor inside a room she had cleaned. 2 employees were having a heated argument on the floor and acting unprofessional.

Location, staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. Liked having 2 sinks. Our room was clean. I liked that we had to use a key card to get inside the hotel.
