Felt more like a community than a hotel. Staff was very warm, especially loved our chats with Samantha. They offer a complimentary beverage which you can enjoy while playing different games down in the lobby. Our room was so comfortable I'm obsessed with the European style duvet and the oh so soft robes. I love their touch on a complimentary water bottle. They have a water bar, umbrellas to borrow and bikes to rent. It really felt like a home away from home, I wish we stayed longer! Will definitely come back next time I'm in Seattle.

Very noisy outside with the transit and people out late at night. You can hear every car, horn, person, and transit that is outside the window.

Good location, central to all major tourist attractions. Staff monitored elevators and lobby, and elevators could only be operated by a room key card. Provided a reusable water bottle with a refill station, complimentary drink per guests, and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was super loud at night, not the cars, but an AC that we could not turn off (the room AC was off)

We had problems with our room and keys and we had to go back to the lobby 3 times before we finally got our room. BUT…the friendly staff handled it and all was good!

Such a sweet place!! All the little Touches…pineapple water, cookies, a free drink upon arrival, pac man video game, shuffle board and let’s talk about THE BEDDING!!!! The comforters, the pillows, the mattress..all pure heaven!

The lighting in the rooms/bathroom. It is pretty dim which made getting ready somewhat challenging.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was spectacular! Shout out to William for his hospitality and making some spectacular recommendations on things to see and do.

Bed frame was detached from the actual mattress, several times at night I lost my pillow to the hole between the frame and the mattress. Mattress could be a bit better. very sturdy.

Facilities were clean and location was ideal. Very close to everything, we walked everywhere and very easy to find.

Everything was very nice and clean and tidy. The staff is wonderful and understanding accommodating to a great extend Location is great for the people that enjoy the city life And the water and coffee is complementary As well as the super cute coasters to trade in for any kind of drink!

I was disappointed in the bar and the food area. I saw it was set up to offer so much more, but there really wasn't anything there.

I was looking for a different type of hotel experience. The hotel met all of my expectations. I loved all the artwork. I think that's what really drew me when I checked out the hotels website.

The parking is listed at $42 a day but they also charge two separate taxes on top of that; a 10.25% sales tax and a 14.5% parking tax; neither which are explained anywhere; so you’re actually paying $52.04 per night.. plus the $25 “amenity” fee which is also taxed.. makes a stay that looks affordable end up topping nearly $300 per night, and this hotel isn’t really worth that. Feather pillows are terrible for me personally. The room had a toilet that flushed louder than an airplane, same issue with the shower water.. so loud! The room was next to a staircase that staff used and the door slammed constantly from about 6am, loud enough to wake me up 2 mornings out of 3. The construction noise from across the road was significant but the hotel has no responsibility here; it’s Seattle.. construction everywhere. Last issue was that it seems mini fridge have been removed from hotel rooms; not sure if this is a company wide thing or just this location; but really put a dent in the stay having to use bagged ice to keep groceries cool. You can see the wear and tear at this location in comparison to others in the chain.

Location is excellent, very close to the city centre and walking distance to excellent coffee and food choices. The large king bed was very comfortable - duvets are soft and clean. The staff at the counter were nice and pleasant. The room had excellent ability to darken at night; no weird glowing lights. Also didn’t hear any other guests in room.
