Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Can't really think of anything. If I'm being really picky having an additional single pull-out bed would be great or having a double, two singles and a pull-out. But that's being really picky – we're a family of 5 and that would have been great for us. We made it work for 2 nights and for a lot of family sizes it would be perfect.
Amazing location with restaurants and lots of 'must-see' tourist attractions pretty much on the doorstep. We could walk to Times Square & 30 Rock in a few minutes and Central Park was also walkable. You could hear the street noise (it's New York!) but it was less than I thought it would be and didn't stop us sleeping!

A bid more of useful things for travelers would go a long way, like wash-up liquid for dishes, salt or parchment paper. Also, single-ply toilet paper is a stretch.
Great value. The apartment was well equipped, clean and the location was spectacular. People where nice and the apartment larger than expected.There is not that much that could have been better, only small upgrades are possible.

The rooms are quite dated and the lighting in the rooms is very harsh. The staff were quite unfriendly, particularly the man with red hair and glasses who was frankly rude
Amazing location, could do with upgrading but it was cozy and the kitchen facilities made travelling with a baby so much easier

The hot water was a little inconsistent, but nothing that caused any big issues.
Courteous and helpful staff, including with luggage storage and airport transfers. Free laundry facilities were incredibly useful.

Nothing!
Fantastic location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, 5 friends and there was plenty room for us. Little lounge area where we could sit and chill after a very busy day sightseeing. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. We couldn’t fault anything at all.

Perfect location for visiting attractions. Close to Times Square, but not in the centre, which we prefer. We've been to NYC many times, but our first time staying at Radio City Apartments. Will definitely stay again on our next visit. Staff friendly and polite. The apartment had plenty of room for adults and was very well equipped. NYC was amazing once again!

There was really nothing I didn't like. The facility was clean, the staff was professional and efficient.
Fopr a building built in 1908, it was beautifully maintained. I loved the location being so close to Times Square. We were able to walk everywhere.

No Air Con in room. it was fine for us as we visited in April, but July or August may be a different story.
Excellent location, room was very clean and we got fresh towels and room cleaned everyday. Ideal base to explore the city.

Plenty of noise in the room. NY is noisy and the windows are not helping to shut that out. (we were on 4th floor) Also heating stands on all time (and cannot be turned off) to compensate windows that do not isolate. Cleaning staff leaves always the light burning. Not really in line with the aim to save energy. Staff not helpful when we wanted to check out the evening before or even the morning itself when my wife was still packing the last part of the luggage.
Location is superb. Just around the corner of Times square. Nice room/apartment with small area for breakfast Overall good value for money in a room where we could comfortably stay with 5. The umbrellas when it rained cats and dogs were highly appreciated

The room was extremely small, much different than the last room we had at our last stay. The room was extremely hot so we turned off the heat but still extremely stuffy. No circulation of air in the room and we weren’t aware that they removed the winter air conditioners in the winter. We had to ask for one to be added to make the room bearable. That should be stated on your website. In comparison to our first stay at your facility the front desk staff were extremely rude on this trip. They were not like that on our first visit.

Cleaning service could be better. But so far as we did not make our room very dirty, so it was still acceptable.
Location was excellent, right at the centre of Manhattan, and just a 5-min walk to Time Square. You could take the subway to everywhere easily. The room was of the right size considering that it was at the heart of a busy zone, and there was a small kitchen which was enough to make a simple meal.
