The room we were put in was dirty. There was old food in the fridge and a dried up used coffee pod was still in the coffee maker, when I went to go make some coffee. There was also smudges all over the bed of oily handprints.

The bed was hard, the pillows flat. The tv remote was taped together and broken. There were oily handprints all over the walls that hadn't been cleaned up.

The hot tub/pool area was very nice, the room was a decent size. The lobby was very nice and the staff was polite and friendly.

It's a little run down like most hotels but for the price it's OK. The first night got hardly any sleep as we were next to the elevator and it banged all night so they moved us and it was good.

Location good, overall decent for the price. Staff was great and friendly. Pool is decent.

The lounge / restaurant area was closed when it stated it would be open. My keys did not work often so I would have to get them re-charged.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for where I needed to be.

I’ve paid less for better accommodations in Grand Rapids. Thought it was a little pricey for the condition of the building. The room was clean. I did like that.

The restaurant was mislabeled/info was out of date. Staff was very good during the day, but the night was a whole different story.

Dirty swimming pool. Broken elevator and broken plastic in the elevator. The hotel was shabby and needs complete renovation.

Our bathroom had hair in the shower and urine stains on the floor. There wasn't ever anyone at the check in desk. The elevators were broken and the back elevators worked when they wanted. It even stopped once somewhere between floors!!

I liked the view of the river. I loved the pool and the times to access it. No other hotel I've been to has had that early and later times.

There was a bit of an issue at the front desk, not with my self but with other clients of the hotel who had their reservations canceled by their booking agent, without them being aware. Front desk personnel were very nice, manager was a bit more aggressive with clients, which made it very uncomfortable for others checking in.

It was very close to the city and area's I needed to get to. Room was very nice.

The features about the room and property were very dated and our room looked as though it had been cleaned very quickly and without paying attention. Water was left in the ice tray, hair was left on the sheets, some kind of red residue was all over the toilet and tub, paint was cracking.

Location was good for all of the activities we had planned as it was right outside Grand Rapids’ downtown area.

The younger male checking me in during the evening was quite unpleasant. Hallways and elevators are very musty and humid.

The room was clean and comfortable enough for the night. The night-worker lady was nice. Indian restaurant was a nice surprise

The was SO MUCH noise the entire time we were on the hotel room (not just at night, but all day). We could hear the water pipes every time someone in another room flushed a toilet (a loud banging) and could hear every person who walked by in the hall.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable (the bed was surprisingly comfortable!)

The bathroom needs an upgrade. The bathroom was a little dirty. The elevator was scary. There was sticky stuff on the floor by the elevator that was there all 3 days we were there. Also, homeless people were going under the bridge by the hotel. One man was trying to talk to us in the parking lot

The only ice machine was on the fifth floor. Only one elevator worked and it had several of the numbers at the top broken. It just didn't seem up to par for a Radisson Hotel. Not many choices for breakfast, just sandwiches.

The hotel was still undergoing renovvations. Personally, I think they should have waited a little bit longer. The restaurant was very good and it was nice to be able to go to the bar and have a drink. We were the only ones there and had a good time talking to the bar tender.

The cleanliness and the state of the furniture. The carpet in the hall was in desperate need of a vacuum. One of my towels were stained. There were dried flecks of brown on the door and headboard. The paint on the walls and the coating on the tub were peeling in a few places. The ceiling in the shower had brown stains. The furniture was really scratched up. The smaller flush button on the toilet didn’t work.

The bed was comfortable.
