We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesAll things considered, I felt that the Booking.com price was high. My original two-night stay in downtown Utica was roughly $500. Given when I booked, I thought I'd be able to get a better price. I also found the cost for snacks to be exorbitant. I bought a small container of cranberry juice and two cookies and it cost me $5.25! I should have stocked up at Dollar Tree, Dollar General, or Family Dollar before heading to Utica!
The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's staff was outstanding. I was able to extend my room stay so that my friend who was snowed in did not end up in the cold. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, making arrangements without any issue. The cleaning staff was very good too, as they quickly responded to as concern my colleague had regarding a stain on the bathroom door.

CanadaCleaning staff very slow. It was almost 3pm before they got to our room. By then, we were back in our room to get ready to go for dinner, rest and change. Would have been nice to have a small table and chairs in the room also. No bath mat in the tub and felt it was a little unsafe.
The food in the restaurant was delicious with the exception of the Greek salad. It hardly had any feta cheese on it and that's what makes the salad. Otherwise it was good. Server was excellent.

SpainThe common facility is grand but not easy for solo or small group to enjoy. The amenities in the room could be a little more, i.e. slippers for using after shower.
Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room setting is simple, comfortable and effective. Excellent coffee service in room.

CanadaThe area of Utica around the hotel was very depressing. More than several blocks up Genesee street were buildings were boarded up. The parking lot although conveniently located was complicated with the ticket and validation procedure.
The convenience of restaurant for breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. There was an excellent restaurant nearby that was open even though it was Monday. It was conveniently located off the thruway north.

United StatesHotel has two elevators….ONLY ONE WAS OPERABLE. Very inconvenient. According to various staff members, the inoperable elevator has been this way for a long time. I’m not sure who is responsible for approving funds to schedule repairs such as this, but this is an everyday part of hotel operation. Enough said.
