Would have preferred proper plates & cutlery at breakfast rather than paper ones. Had to ask for room to be cleaned & towels to be exchanged on 5th day even though hotel advertises room cleaning as ‘every 3rd day’.

Room had everything we needed. Sheets clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning worked well. View from the room was lovely. Pool was just the right temperature. Parking easy & included in price. Reception area nice & airy. Key cards required to use lifts. Breakfast was nice.

What I didn't like about it was the first room they put us in the air conditioner did not work.I had a very small t v's . But once they moved us to a room with a better AC it had a remote to the air conditioner. And I did like the view and the pool and the hot tub. Although when We were booking the room. It's misguided because we thought we had access to the gym and the rooftop pool and bar and the unlimited drinks for a certain amount of time and the unlimited snacks were a certain amount of time that was very misleading. They need to put on there that is, for Vip only. I talk to several other people. When I was trying to find the pool and they were 2 on the rooftop and they were pretty upset. When they found out a list for their VIP, customers as well. And they said when they booked the room there. The way it's put, it seems like everyone had those privileges, not just VIP I didn't like that and I did not like that.The tv's were so small . When they said continental breakfast.I thought it would be something like at at the hampton they Served hot eggs , Bacon or sausage, Oatmeal, and you could make your own waffles,they had fruit and very good cereal,bananas several juices,muffins, bagels,toppings for your waffles,they also served breakfast potatoes.we were very disappointed to get up early to have breakfast but you guys didn't have much to choose from so we ended up spending more money to get a good hot breakfast at dennys...but other than that it was OK ow and the gap under the door was annoying.

The reason I liked it is because it was around a lot of things to do in places to eat period

Half of the hotel - the south tower - is more like a motel than a hotel with the room doors opening up to the outside. As a solo traveller, I wish I’d known this before booking. Also, the Wi-Fi in my room absolutely did not work so I always had to go to the main lobby and business center to work (which staff very nicely helped me use a more private area for meetings). The room felt dated with dirty windows and a musty smell.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The main lobby and facilities looked nice and clean.

Sink in room was draining real slow. Had to wait for it to drain to brush teeth and shave. Didn't have enough towels and wash cloth for my family. Was there for three nights and had to pick up towels and wash clothes daily. Should also have rooms clean a d trash emptied at least e ery 3 days but not at all during my stay. Also, parking socks. Had to park on another property.

Breakfast was not good,, should of had a more variety and not so much bread.

The WiFi is excellent in reception, but can be a bit slow on the 8th floor.

We stayed here last year, so knew what to expect, not sure the breakfast was as good as last year, but rooms a good size and every where is very very clean.

breakfast was a disaster. i got there at 8:50 and i knew it was going to close at 9:30. there was only bread to make toast. they did not replenish any of the other breakfast items. No attendee was there to oversee anything. the milk dispenser was broken and someone had to go to lobby and notify. after 10 minutes someone came in.

room was clean, beds were comfortable, desk attendants very nice.

The breakfast was awful, even tho it’s included I still wouldn’t eat there again. Bar wasnt open in the day. There was 2 blocks and everyone felt like we got the ‘poor’ block which was never cleaned and really run down
