Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of America1st room was close to the road, very noisy freeway. I asked and they moved me to a farther back room. Very quiet and nice.
VERY close to conference location. "Instant" breakfast - instant oatmeal, hot chocolate... but if this is saved my $40-80/night compared to other hotels, then I am fine with that.

United States of AmericaThe toilet was tricky to flush, and the shower was difficult to turn on. We drove by the entrance, because the sign was hard to see until you were right in front. It blended right in with the apartments next door.
Location was perfect for us. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, a rare treat in a hotel. The vanity area was roomy.

United States of America1st night I stayed here a big crew of men on a local project partied till all hours of the morning. I requested a 1st floor room that happened to be where most of the crew was staying. Nice guys, just a bit loud as they partied into the early morning hours. The crew left the next day & all was back to "normal." I found the location to be convenient to several desired locations, & my bed to be beyond comfortable. The front desk staff was professional, friendly & accommodating. The hotel could use an update as it is a bit dated, but for the price I can't complain. I would stay here again.

United States of AmericaParking! Good thing I was in a small vehicle. It was hard to back out if there was a car parked behind you.
We attended an event at the Shoreline Amphitheater so wanted to stay at a nearby hotel. Had a good stay . The hotel clerk was very nice and was able to check in early, which was awesome. Room was decent, pretty clean. price was reasonable. parking was a little tight .

United States of AmericaRoom 126. The pictures online are deceiving and not of this property. My observations include: 1. Very small room for a king, bathroom extremely small. 2. Smoke alarm missing 3. TV remote didn’t work so clerk borrowed one from another room. 4. Shower/toilet door handle broken, loose and needs replacing. 5. Ice bucket had used bag in it, water inside and was dirty. 6. There is no breakfast nook. Your breakfast is a paper bag you pick up at the office. It had a snack bag of cookies, banana, small bottles of water and orange juice. You get to choose one of five different frozen breakfast entrees which you heat up in your room microwave. 7. Parking spaces are very small for most of the property. If you have a pickup, you likely won’t be parking by your room. 8. There is no pool and the “exercise room” has a treadmill and bicycle. 9. The lobby is locked. You check in thru a small plexiglass window with a slot at the bottom. 10. I had reservations for two nights. Upon check-in, the clerk told me he didn’t see my name and had to refer to the printed confirmation I had with me.

United States of AmericaThe lobby was closed, supposedly due to COVID, so apparently it is ok to go to a concert with 25k people, but I can not go into the hotel lobby. So to check in we had to stand in line at the night window, in the hottest part of the day, in the middle of a heat wave. Along with that the breakfast area was also closed, so for breakfast you were offered a brown bag breakfast, choice of burrito, or sandwich, I am not sure what else was in the bag as we skipped them and went to ihop. Then to top it all off the TV did not work during our stay. I called the front desk they said it was a "dish network" issue, but it was not resolved while we were there.
Perfect location and a great price. We were attending a concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater and this hotel was less than 5 minutes away.
