You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe lobby is not at pictured, the hallways smell of cigarette smoke, the door in the bathroom hits the bathtub and doesn't fully open. The breakfast was in a box to go. The exterior doors did not close completely.

United States of AmericaThere were a lot of loud people outside and in the hallways. Hallway carpet wasn’t clean and had cigarette butts on the ground near the back door. Front desk was helpful but not very polite.
Great location with many restaurants and shops close by. Close to the ski mountains as well! The room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaVery understaffed nobody was ever at the front desk the manager insisted that I give her proof that I had a service dog and she insisted that there was some sort of paper I must show her through the American disability act that was created many many years ago there is no such paper that I need to display and she’s only allowed to ask two questions in reference to my service animal she is not required to ask by state law or buy any hotel law that I must prove to her that it’s a service dog or she was going to charge me $25 extra she was very rude about it

United States of AmericaSeveral years ago the motel, although dated, had an excellent breakfast. It appears that having closed their pool and discontinued breakfast during Covid restrictions, they have no intention to bring back either. We will not stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. I still want my money back. I did not stay and you know it. That place wasn't even suppose to be renting rooms. It is a homless shelter. Also you took my money in march. Hotel says they never got any from you. So I guess it is booking.com just stealing customers money. I have 1500 friends on Facebook and I am telling them to never use you and telling them to share it to their friends. I use you folks all the time, but I assure you, never again. You are dishonest people.
