We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

A short taxi ride from SFO, and located next to fast food restaurants. It served its purpose of a place to sleep after coming in late from a long transatlantic flight. The hotel is clean, easy to reach, and safe for a yound woman travelling alone. Very confortable bed.

AustraliaThere were obvious bits being updated that weren't complete, for example, one of the fire sprinklers was suspended in a cut out drywall hole on the ceiling. The heater/aircon unit was very dated and very loud (it did function well, but too loud to sleep with on). The reception area looks like a scary cheap motel and has been selectively left out of all photos- but once you enter the area that accesses the rooms, its all had a nice facelift.
The room was large, (mostly) updated, and clean. The bed was comfortable and large with lots of pillows, although the duvet wasn't thick enough and there was no extra option. The property has clearly had a recent facelift, so it wasn't bad at all for one night.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle was nice and accurate on schedule to take the customs to the airport but the airport pick up we didn’t have luck. We arrived probably 3-5 minutes late so had to wait for a hour for the next bus. On our returning stay we will try to call the hotel about our arrival, hopefully it will work out better.
The room technically updated, clean and comfortable. I also saw a laundry facilities available. Location is good to the airport and restaurants.
