We had to tighten the toilet seat. It was loose. There were only a few Kleenex in the tissue box and after taking the tissue box cover off the side of the box was open. It seemed as though it had been intentionally loaded with only a few tissues.

During our 4 night stay nobody ever cleaned the room, took out the trash, made the bed, changed the towels or sheets. That's no big problem for us. We just made the beds in the morning before we left and we have no problem with using towels more than once. It's no 4 star hotel, but then you don't pay 4 star or even 3 star prices either.

Because of the bad reviews about cleanliness and bugs we almost cancelled. It turned out, the part of the motel we were in was freshly renovated and everything was almost new. The refrigerator didn't work, we let the reception know and when we came back in the afternoon it ran very cold. We asked for more coffee taps, no problem. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. As far as we're concerned, almost everything was in A-1 condition. Good thing we didn't cancel. The night before we stayed in a different hotel for almost twice the price and it was not better than this one.

We started on the main floor and you could hear everything from the people above. We had people above us that were extremely loud at 6am. Sounded like elephants running back and forth and jumping off the bed and slamming doors. And our floor was dirty but staff was nice and moved us rooms the next day. The upper floor was much better and quieter. Our new room was super clean. I recommend an upper floor room.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were a nice temperature. Convenient for walking around downtown. Loved the secure bike storage closet for when we didn’t want to load our bikes back I’m up in the car. Staff was accommodating and helped me get a room on top floor after a bad night with loud guests above us.

The heater did not work when I turned it on, and when I told the person working the desk, they did not seem to care. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot or cold when I was there!

coffee machine in room wasn't working, tried few times, but couldn't turn it on (it was turning off). Hard to find a parking spot. no coffee cups at the reception, so couldn't take a coffee.

Room was "broom clean" Desk staff were all very helpful. Very nice to have a secure and convenient locked room for the bikes.
