The room that we stayed in was a little dated but still very nice and clean. Everything seemed a little pricey but I would definitely stay there again.

I liked the waterfall in the pool in the central courtyard. I liked the bars and the little lunch place. Tiki bar was great. Very central to everything.

Staff were not accommodating and unwilling to listen to concerns/complaints. Management wasn't any better. They believed housekeeping over what we were telling them. They failed to take care of the room, no towels, washcloths, coffee, cups, soap, nothing. No removing used towels or the overflowing trash with food in it. Then, they refused to bring us cups for coffee in the morning. Told us to take it up with Management in the morning since we had already requested towels that evening. Ridiculous. We're paying resort fees here.

Close to the beach with direct access, multi-pools, hot tub, grotto bar, multiple bars, multiple dining options on-site, and easy access and walking distance to the Okaloosa Boardwalk with other dining options, shopping, and access to the pier.

Our original room that we had for 1 night was like we were at a cheap motel. Fortunately they had an upgrade for the rest of our stay for additional charges. Getting the better room if I stay here again.

Love the location of the hotel for the beach and the swimming pool is gorgeous.

Breakfast was not free. We had 4 people total in our room which was listed when booking and only 2/4 could eat for free. Breakfast is around $25.00 per person. You also have to pay $17.00 per day for parking which can add up if you’re staying more than a few days. The drinks at the bars are also very costly. 4 drinks was almost $70.00.

Although my breakfast was included this time,, simple breakfast that is free at most hotels cost 300$ + for family of 5 . Specials at bars not explained. Drink prices crazy high.

Short distance from beach, attractions, easy to get to. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Loved the pools so refreshing.

The restaurant food was terrible. I sent my chicken parmesan back and saw two ther tables do the same. My friend ordered a seafood scampi with risotto and it was swimming in liquid and the risotto was crunchy. We told the server and they removed my food charge but left hers. He then brought my friend a piece of tiramisu for free and she bit into a chunk of black plastic. We told the server everything and we still left with a bill over $100. We didn’t eat on property the rest of the time we stayed. And you need more shade by the pools.

For the first room, there was no drawers only cubbies, it was hard to find where to put the clothes. We just kept it in the suitcase. Food on property was good but a little pricey. I got a burger with fries, no drink and paid $22 for just me. Our 2nd room, was on the outside, the fridge smelled like vinegar and it didn’t feel cold.

Location was good, right on the beach. I liked the style of the pools and resort. When I walked in my first room, I smelled that it was clean, which is great.

Loved the hotel layout and pool area. Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Great hotel experience all around. My waitress for the included breakfast was excellent and very nice. Made my family and I feel welcomed and loved every moment of the beach.

I got there and was told I had a 2nd floor room with no elevator. We have 2 electric wheelchairs. We were in an older building than I expected.

Management worked well with me. Beach access was good for the electric wheelhair.

Breakfast price is very expensive. Nothing is complimentary for the price of the stay . I did not know I would be charged for parking. That was expensive. The room is small for a family of 4 . No pullout bed , I thought it was one in the room.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there was some trashy shady people coming & going from the property. I don’t know how they could prevent that but it creates a problem. The staff was working constantly trying to keep them out. The other dislike was the old lady at the gift shop—-she was nice but very verbal about her liberal political views. Uncomfortable & I still spent $200. She had said comments to every person that walked in ——people don’t wanna hear some skewed Joe Biden crap !! We are in the SOUTH! We don’t care about some northern city-fied views. GO BACK THERE. This is Trump country & he is our President & Thank GOD above !! Now we can afford to go on vacations again !! Now we can buy something in a gift shop !! Now we can afford Gas. Now we can breathe again. I work too hard to have to hear some old lady spat off her Ohio city views while working at a Beach store in Florida ! Thank you for your time.

Property was right on the beach & has a cool bar on the walk down. Beautiful views of beach. The pool was awesome as well & fun. Easy to get food or drinks for kids & great bartenders for the adults. Nice getaway spot !!
