Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOops I put my complaint in the wrong place! The hotel was very convient to the event location. The rooms were clean and comfy! The value was great!
Breakfast was not as good as last year when we stayed with you...when we checked in @330pm our room wasn't ready....then we waited over 30 minutes more and had to inquire when the front desk staff said they would let us know when the room was ready which they didn't. The staff then gave us a discount only because we complained about the wait!! We will not be returning next year!!!

United States of AmericaAccess to the 2 nd floor was through a single tiny, rickety elevator located in the back of the building. Not easy for my wife who has mobility issues and has difficulty walking any distance or climbing stairs. Do not recommend booking a room on the 2 nd floor if you have trouble with steps.
Nice room, comfortable bed.

United States of AmericaThere wasn't anything that we did not like. For what we were staying for the room fit our needs. Getting in and out was easy. Look forward to using them again in the future if needing to stay in the area.
The breakfast was really good and there was plenty to have. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Checking in and checking out was very simple. This is a place we look to stay at in the future if traveling back to the area.

United States of AmericaOn the second morning when checking out, I found a bug crawling on the side of the bed. I do not think it was a roach or a bed bug, but still very concerning. Given the age of the hotel you can tell it is very dated, the access door to our area of the hotel was broke, key card didn't work so anyone could have came in the hotel.
The front desk staff was awesome. Very quick and efficient check in and check out.

United States of AmericaWell technically it wasn’t the Hotels fault but there was an outage of the internet service from Spectrum and it affected the television and also phone service so we didn’t have a tv for the night but they were so nice and gave us a credit
I absolutely loved my stay at The Ramada. It was really convenient to get to Pnc Arena and the room was great.

United States of AmericaThe staff was friendly. Anyone from the clerk at the desk to the housekeeping. We may have gotten a bit loud at the bar, all from good fun, but management calmly and kindly talked to us about it in a friendly way that made us still feel welcome but also showing he was still there to make those we could have been disturbing feel welcome as well. This in particular was great because sometimes management can handle a noise complaint with too much blame and aggression. The person handled it very appropriately.

United States of AmericaRoom 207s door would not shut without force when leaving--we were lucky we didn't have to go anywhere late at night but I wouldn't be surprised if we woke some neighbors in the morning. The balcony doors hinge also was unhinged, making it hard to open. Breakfast was also limited and no more than OK.
Location was close to destination, the bar was open late and pretty good for a motel, fireplace and Weather Channel on TV in lobby was a nice touch, staff was young yet helpful enough.

United States of AmericaI felt like I was in Vegas as long as those hallways were - without the perks of being in Vegas lol The majority of the place smelled like weed. People were smoking weed on the balcony & the people in the room beside us were obviously smoking it in the bathroom... It seemingly seeped through the vents and when we got back from hanging out in the courtyard, our bathroom smelled like straight weed. This is scary because they have "this is a non-smoking hotel" signs that state you will be charged $250 if your room has to be deep cleaned due to smoking/vaping/etc in the room. There was some construction going on on the road out front but it wasn't too bad.
The king suite was actually remodeled so it was much nicer than the photos and the couch and chairs were a rich cherry leather. The check-in and check-out staff were super nice. The bartender was great as well. She was extremely busy but she still tried to make each individual feel seen/heard. The courtyard in the center is great for sharing a drink with friends. The place was easy to find. It was $11 for an Uber to PNC. However, it was over $30 for an Uber back after the concert. We ended up just hopping in a random dude's car and giving him $25 cash for the 5 minute ride to the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe hotel itself was outdated, and the people in the connecting room decided to partake in the devils lettuce in their room and made our room smell of it terribly. So we talked to the front desk and they moved us right away

United States of AmericaThe mattress is a little hard but fine for a night or 2. The hallways leading up to the rooms are a little outdated and constantly smelled of Marijuana. The room was outdated and the heating/AC needs improvement. Loose faucet at the sink in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was adequate but could be stronger. The coffee was on the weak side and not very hot, but, you could just heat it in the microwave in your room. Would like more creamer flavor choices. A protruding stair frame extended out near the floor about a foot high with a gap between the wall corner and stairs on the 2nd floor. It could be a potential tripping hazard.
Convenient location to PNC arena, 20-minute walk. Easy entrance and parking. Indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful, well-lit patio, and garden path with gazebos. Easy and friendly, courteous, check-in, Great selection of delicious, hot breakfast buffet foods, pastries, cereals, yogurt, bagels, coffee, juice, milk, fruit, etc. 24-hour self-serve coffee station with assorted condiments including liquid creamers. (not dry powder) Spacious room, separate sink and shower. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. Loved the large mini fridge, microwave, room coffee maker, iron board, and hair dryer The property was clean, and beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting lounge area with a fireplace and bar. Decent-sized pool and hot tub outdoors.
