You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Noisy neighbours - can hear through the walls sometimes. Noisy pipes kept me up at night. We are paying for service so it is expected that our rooms - washrooms should be cleaned daily for a long stay not just the end of our stay.
Location. Price was good, but they should clean room regardless of not changing linens etc.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work well, the fan didn't vent to good. The door that is between the wall that connects to the other room, I hear the people very clear and they was up very late being loud, my family and I kept waking up. I felt not safe.
My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return this year 2024.

Plumbing isnt great,make sure your room toilete flushes. We went to Home Depot to fix this situation,because when we called to help,no one showed up asap.

The noise. Bags rolling, people walking, anything passing your room is heard. Given the location, expected some noise on a Saturday night but wasn’t expecting a 3am wake up by people banging on doors.
Great location. Convenient for everything on 17th St. No issues parking. Room was fine.

Housekeeping did not clean up our room. We left the hotel a 9:30am and didn't come back until the evening. There was plenty of time to clean the room!
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quite. It also was a great value.

Requested 1st floor but was on 2nd by elevator. After the initial charge for room, was also charged $75 deposit and $75 for my animal which I have not gotten my deposit back and there were no issues when we left the room.
Im disabled and the room was great. The restroom and shower were easily accessible.

I was booked into room 135 on the first floor not realizing that it was right next door to the laundry room/staff quarters. It was very loud and very uncomfortable. Also, the noise from the upstairs rooms was very annoying. The people walking was heard all day and night into the late evening and early morning. I contacted the front desk and they moved me to a room on the 3rd floor which was a lot better. The only problem in that room was a constant noise like a tapping or banging of something throughout the night. I just put earplugs in and it helped.
I really like this place and the location is awesome. The staff at the front desk were all so very helpful and friendly. It was pretty clean overall. I would recommend covering the blanket on the bed with a sheet so that the blanket does not have direct contact with a person. I brought my own sheet as I always do and covered the blanket as I know they are not washed everyday. I did not have room service at all during my stay but really not needed.

Room smelled cigarettes even though it was non-smoking room, we asked to change the room and the second one didn’t smell cigarettes but some other strange smell , lights in the bathroom didn’t work in the morning, but we were checking out anyways.
