When I first got the hotel I was told the two queen rooms I booked was unavailable and I would have to share a one queen bed with my two children. This was really uncomfortable. Then I was also told the my key card to my room was not working well to lock the door so we had to look it from the inside of the room and be let back in. Then the kids and I got into the room only for the Tv not to be working. I also asked if there would be an available room for us the following day and I was told there was non available. From what I was told there were multiple rooms that the AC was not working. Then my kids wanted to use the hot tub but it was also out of order and the pool was to cold to use.

The property looks really nice on the outside, but ok on the inside. I liked that it had a pool and hot tub. It was also very convenient to where I needed to be while I was in town.

I didnt like that people where just standing around watching you and you could smell weed thru out the whole building and coming from the rooms.

Upon checkin the room was already paid for however the lady said it wasn't so I got charged again. I went through my credit card charges to show and the lady said she would need to talk to the manager to reverse. I can't see how this mistake could be made. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. The laundry had a sign saying to go to the reception to change notes to quarters which we did but they couldn't do this for us so we had to drive to a bank. This should be a simple task.

The room was very large, had two TV's and a great shower.

I was given a room with one bed and a couch bed, when I had made reservations for two queen beds. However issue was fixed right away and was given another room with two beds. There is some sketchy people hanging around the hotel.

Do not stay in room 131. I had seen a previous comment, from August, about a room with a tv that doesn’t work and some other details, and we were in room 131 which did not have a working tv, there was no shower door and no hairdryer in the bathroom. The hot tub also was like Luke warm bath water when we tried to use it, so hoping that the temp can be turned up to actually be a hot tub for the next time we stay.

The price and location were great especially for a two night stay on a weekend. The breakfast that was available in the mornings was also very good and a decent variety. The area is clean and staff was friendly. They did move us into a new room when we informed them that our tv didn’t work.

I went for a family trip to an amusement park to not get back until 11: 45 at night and I had to go to the office and have my keys reactivated. This was annoying. There is no reason for it. And I don't like the way they bill you out. It is a weird process that they do charge you the full amount and say it's not really a charge but it's really coming out of my bank. I was on a budget at budgeted it well and I had to wait for them to fix it because they have some weird way of charging people. I've never had this problem at any other hotel or motel

I’m not really familiar with the place,but somebody wants to enter our room thru the window,he pry the screen of the window but he walk away,when he noticed that we’re inside,I called the security ,and responded a few minutes later.

No hair dryer in my room, first night. Needed to request one from front desk. Was told it would be delivered. After 30 min. Returned to the front desk and was given one. (Tried to call front desk before returning there, but recorded message stated no one was available) when I asked about this, they apologized. They had the night message on. Also, umbrellas at pool are broken. It looks tacky and could perhaps be dangerous. On the second day my keys to my room didn’t work. Inconvenient as I had items in hand. Another trip to front desk where they were rescanned. I asked about this. ( was told “cheap cards” with smile)

Everything was pretty nice, but the price of a room greatly increased. This hotel used to be much more affordable for a widowed retired woman.

TV in our room wasn't working and the shower was walkin with no lip to hold the water back so water ran all over the bathroom. They had to move us to another room the second night which was a great inconvenience for us as we are elderly.
