Staff attitude Bums outside

Staff was awful and rude. Refused to book another night then finally agreed. Made no sense.

The cable didn't work. The floor boards were so loud, even though I was on the second floor. I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. I didn't get the queen suite even though I paid in advance.

The room was spacious. The Air conditioner actually worked.

The wifi didn’t work, our keys didn’t work, the AC was in a weird place and it was not very effective, there were no cups or coffee maker, and only one trash can.

Woke up the day of check out and there was no water they gave us 1 towel for 2 people sounded like the neighbors next to us were fighting. The check in clerk asked us if we were from Mexico which I’m not sure why where American then asked have you been to Mexico I said no why would that matter we came to a baseball game it was horrible customer service. they asked me if I was from Mexico but I couldn’t really understand the broken English they were speaking so I feel like all of that was just odd. The house keeper @10:20am knocked I told her we are still getting ready then just opens the door and says check out is at 11 I said I’m aware but the front desk told us it’s okay if we go over a little bit si me we woke up @ 8:30 to no water.

the room cooled down fast it was very hot and humid a lot of bugs were on the comforter we just took off the comforter since staff was extremely rude I didn’t want to bother them didn’t seem like they cared at all

Even a plastic glass would make it possible to drink some water. Workmen using power saws at 7 am was a little disruptive to sleep. I guess it is high season (April) for Phoenix, and it is close to airport, but $135 a bit much for the quality of stay.

Convenient to airport. Staff helpful with parking while parking lot under repair or construction.

Poor remodeling pictures did not match what it actually looked like. Showers were terrible walls are way too thin. Too expensive for that quality

The room was not clean at all! There was lots of hair In the shower, bathroom and counters. I was so disgusted I couldn’t take a shower. The property did not seem kept up. For example , there was a rusting toilet paper holder, and toilet had a hard time flushing. There was general dirt build up in the corners of the room. The bed squeaked loudly when getting off it and I’m a small person. There was more but those bothered me the most.

The property was close to the Airport and local transportation bus line was easy to navigate.

Layers of grime in room. Dated. Very basic. Extremely strong disinfectant smell. Poor wifi (needed to go outside to get reception).

Bed was comfy. Sheets/towels clean. Efforts made to clean.

1. shower did not drain fast enough. showered and the tub immediately started to fill up. 2. sink was not attached to counter. it was like the caulking separated from the surface so when you turn on the faucet the whole assembly came up with it. 3. TV could only catch one channel. remote control did not work 4. large gap under door…about 2”. could feel the cold air from outside coming in. 5. front desk worker was a little rude when I checked in

What I didn’t like about the hotel is it’s false advertisement for breakfast. The advertising of breakfast was one of the main reasons of selecting this hotel. Also some amenities in my room didn’t work as well as having to spend 20 mins to get a keycard that would open the door.

What I liked about the property was the location it was close to the airport and it was clean and affordable. The property was quite and I was able to rest from a long hectic day of flight delays and a cancellation.

It was not very clean. The breakfast was only coffe and juice. The soind isolation was quite bad.

The staff was very nice. The location is great, since it is close to the airport. The room was large.

Peep hole did not have glass and the hotels solution was to shove a rolled up paper towel into the hole. bugs were everywhere. There was a random wire sticking out of the wall and rolled up. was it a live wire?? You can’t polish a turd and that’s what it felt like they tried to do. instead of fixing problems the hotel just painted over things and called it a day.

Cockroach in the bathroom, one bedside lamp didn’t work.

Close to the airport, nice and cool in the room, comfy bed with no bedbugs. Lights that worked were nice.
