Wifi password wasn't posted, no phone in the room, needed another plug in on opposite side of bed for cpap machine. Just minor things..

They remodeled, but it was more cosmetic (paint, furniture & flooring). My toilet was not attached to the floor & it ocked when I used it. My floor slanted downward so I felt like I was climbing up from the bathroom to bed. The bathroom floor was "mushy"??

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for!

Floors were filthy dirty even being vinal flooring. They left us a ham sandwich in the fridge.

It was a transit stop for us but I would not hesitate to have stayed longer if there was something to do in the area.

We were in transit and needed a quiet place for the night to get some sleep before heading out very early in the morning. It was a pleasant facility - comfortable, clean and without the smell of pinesol or other cleaning fluids. Nor did I sense they were trying to mask the odor of someone who might have smoked in the room. I would stay there again when passing through.

The bed was was a little old and beaten. The hot water was not there. No hot water.

Like it was on the ground no stairs. Plus they didn't make you wait until 3pm.

TV was outdated and heater/air until was really loud

There were no hangers in the closet. It took for ever to get hot water. The switch as you came in door controlled the plug on the wall so to shut the light off you had to unplug the light. The toilet flush valve needs replaced. The TV remote had no power button so to turn off and on had to get up and go to TV

The location was good, right off highway. The hotel manager was helpful. The room was clean and it looked like it was fairly new carpet.

This was a terrible experience. I was told several years ago that they had recently purchased the property and were refurbishing it. I have seen no improvements in years - I think that is their excuse for renting substandard rooms. We checked in at night and unloaded. Room was in pretty bad condition but I have stayed there before and disregarded it because I was exhausted. When we used the bathroom later we discovered the stool didn’t flush. Took the lid off and saw the chain was broken so we left it off and just pulled the chain to flush when needed. In the morning I tried to shower and discovered the shower temperature control knob just spun and didn’t adjust the water temperature. Decided to just wash my hair in the sink and there was no hot water after letting it run over 5 minutes. (tried both sides in case water lines were switched). Had to get to the Renaissance festival without showers. Called the owner when we got back and he sent a maintenance man who “fixed” the toilet and said he would replace the shower knob when we checked out. Ran water in the sink again and finally the right knob produced some hot water so I was able to wash my hair. Owner demanded the $20 upgrade for change of reservation from king bed to two doubles. I asked if he was kidding. He showed up at the door of my room and demanded the $20 because quote “we had an agreement”. I figured part of the agreement was having a functional bathroom. I considered him very threatening and gave him the money. (I’m an older female and he’s a middle aged man). I will never stay here again.

There was black hand prints in the shower, the toilet seat was coming off, the sink didn't have a drain plug and it looked like the handle has toothpaste on it. The couch had stains on it, there was cobweb's on the ceiling. We were afraid to even change our clothes and we refused to take a shower. It smelled like smoke and moth balls. Also the refrigerator door was held together by tape.

Nothing. I can't believe that it had a overall 7 rating. Do stay there unless you've had a tetanus shot.
