The welcome gift in the fridge was lovely, but I don't drink and can't eat cheese. Maybe consider having a few options to offer.

Lovely, comfortable room. Roomy kitchen area with nice sized fridge. Comfy bed and sitting space. The spa tub was awesome! We ate in the wonderful restaurant twice for breakfast (beautiful complimentary meal- our best ever!) and for a dinner. Many yummy food choices and they were able to accommodate my food sensitivities! And the staff was attentive and very friendly. And the location is stellar. Seeing and hearing the roaring waters as you exit the front was awesome. Oh, and loved our own private entrance from the parking lot. We heard not another soul!

The privacy of our room was great and the location to the falls was the best in town. The city of Niagara seems dirty and run down but the location of the Red Coach kept that scenery behind us, only having to see the town if we walked in the opposite direction from the falls. We had wonderful access to the falls and Island since the Red Coach is centrally located a short distance to many of the Falls access points. We could see the Niagra river from our rooms window. The facilities were private and not set up like a traditional Hotel, which we actually enjoyed. This will be our go-to spot for any future trips.

A bit shabby chic in places but didn't detract.

Fabulous location on the edge of the State Park with the Falls rapids visible from the restaurant window. Nice & quiet rooms. Great staff. Prefer the US side of the Niagara Falls than the gawdy Canadian side. Easy to cross to Canada to get a different perspective of the views.

The restaurant (evening) was a bit odd, turning people away when tables were free. Food was ok quality but overpriced. Staff a bit distracted with other things. We knew we were on a higher floor and there was no lift but nobody offered to help with our luggage.

Location is great, our room (Nottingham) was amazing. I wish we had stayed longer. Clean, spacious, well equipped and comfy. Nice breakfast. Reception staff friendly.

The accessibility and unclear signs for parking and getting to our room.

The room was amazing! Bed comfortable and pillows perfect. We stayed in the Oxford Suite which was very spacious and perfect for seeing and doing things in and around Niagara Falls on the US side.

Might be because they were too busy, so server can hardly give us enough attention, but its understandable. Price is a bit over priced consider the quality in my opinion, but location does bring a lot of convenience Other than that, everything is not like super great, but all acceptable.

Location is definitely top tier, food might be a bit pricy but they do taste good, room is clean and nice.

Walls a bit thin. Could here noises from adjacent room. Shower exhaust not working. When shower head was activated, more water came from lower spicket than from shower head. Some difficult getting key card to activate outside Annex building door lock.

When Initially Researching; We were Under the Impression that We Would have a View of the Falls; However; that was Not the Case. The Other Matter was Inconsistent WI-FI Connections; We had to Constantly Go Back to the Staff to Reset and Get Assistance.

The Location was Awesome; Close to the Falls and Activities. The Room was Clean and Comfortable. The Breakfast was a Great Deal.

The menu was limited. The place needs some upkeep and repairs. The chairs in our room were wobbly and kind of dingy. Carpets could use a good cleaning or replacement. A pool would have been nice. Our room was pretty dark and outdated.

The food was tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great - near lots of attractions and places to eat. The facility was unique and parking was not an issue.
