The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The toiletries were low quality. Everything cost extra, on top of an already expensive room. The hotel and restaurant were understaffed.

The price! I wish I could rate Booking.com!!! Didn't even know I was going thru this engine!! And the service with yall is very poor!! I was told a few times that the water park would be included in my price/stay! The representative said this for me to go thru yall! Rather than groupon! I thought I was going thru the actual site Didn't even know!

The area/location beautiful! I will definitely go back directly thru them not booking.com! Water park fun. A little pricey.

Rooms just kind of basic, but certainly enough'

Indoor waterpark was the main attraction and our 3 and 4 year old grandsons loved it.

My kids got a rash from the extremely high chlorine levels (we even rinsed off in our room after every trip to the water park). My daughter was crying in pain from it. This happened to many kids in our large group.

Large, comfortable room with comfy beds and a great view. Staff was exceptionally kind and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Kids had a great time at the water park.

I wish the price of the water park was included or at least discounted for overnight guests. perhaps some more friendly games for the younger kids would be wonderful as well. The arcade was definitely catered more to older kids.

the property is in a great central location in town and close to shopping and restaurants. The amenities provided to the guests were great. I also really enjoyed all the options for the kids throughout the day. The toddler section in the water park was also wonderful.

The room was not clean, very outdated for the price considering we paid over $300 a room for a crappy room and the had to pay for the waterpark.

I felt the rate of the room was excessive during a school vacation week. $400 a night for a room that had mold odor was a bit much. Fridge was tiny for a family broom.

Rooms were disappointing for the price. Carpets were grungy and unpleasant that we didn’t want the toddler playing on it. Beds weren’t comfortable. Hot water was sporadic when showering. 2 hour wait to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant

This hotel worked great for a family looking for a base in North Conway. The hotel has an attached indoor water park that our kids loved. Additionally, the hotel hosts a number of kids activities- arts and crafts, mini discos, ad story time. We definitely enjoyed theses. Our room was plenty big with a mini fridge. You can tell the property is working to upgrade rooms and keep them modern. The restaurant did a dinner buffet to balance crowds and staff and it was very good.

Had to pay extra for the use of a hot tub because it was in the "Waterpark " area. Payed too much for one night of sleep and a shower. Check-in/Check-out times were not quite standard which made the stay significantly shorter than other places we have stayed.

Location was perfect. Facility was pleasant. Check out was easy.

If you stay on the first or second floor, be prepared for a very loud and restless night. I have stayed here twice, and both times I have noticed there seems to be no insulation between floors. It sounds like there is a stampede overhead.

Having checked in late it was a little confusing where to get food before they stopped serving so we had to go offsite which was fine.

We had a death in the family and decides to get away last minute. Booking was so easy and they accommodated us in every way. They even found us a fan. The room was neat and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning. Huguna laguna water park was just what the four of us needed to relax and share many laughs together. The staff was fantastic and tons of fun. We will definately be back. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier.

the charge for the pool is outrageous considering what you get out of it. We live on cape Cod and frequent the Cape Codder resort. It is priced equivalently and the water park is twice the size. If you stay as a guest, the water park is free. It has a lazy River and multiple swim areas along with the wave pool and multiple slides. I felt that at the price, the pool lacked anything fun for kids over the age of 8. Extremely over priced.

The view was spectacular and we were much closer to the center of town than we thought based on other reviews. It was a two minute drive. If you choose Mountain View, you will not regret it. Waking up to the mountain foliage is amazing.

Our shower knob was broken we kept having to slowly open the shower water without the knob coming off and I found some red hair in the bed that wasn’t any of ours
