Hot tub/spa was down the whole time we were there. (One of the things we were all looking forward to). Also there was no coffee or coffee condiments or cups in our room. The staff fixed that for us. Would have been good to know the spa was down.

It was all good. Note: if there isn’t bedding for the sofa bed, ask the night clerk, even if it’s early am when you arrive.

The check in was effortless, and on check out, Mary Theresa was terrific! I left something valuable in the room and Mary Theresa call me immediately to let me know.

Toilet in our room ran had a leak in the tank and ran off and on all nigh to refill the tank and refrigerator also. Kind of noisy.. One of the nightshift employees needs to put a muffler on their 70s F-250 and not sit in the hotel parking lot with motor running for an extended period at 3am

Waffles were good and dining area was kept clean The coffees was weak though.Tried both the ones with caffeine and both were equally weak Overall the facility was clean and in a quiet area Beds were comfortable TV was nice

The noise from the room upstairs. Kid jumping off the bed into the floor, jumping off the couch onto the floor, running back and forth for hours. 9:30pm I had to complain to front desk.

Breakfast was not great. Stale cereal. Nothing looked fresh. Hotel was very noisy in the middle of the night. Staff did not seemed concerned about helping with the problem.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff was kind upon check in. Cookies at the counter were a nice touch. My son loved the pool, though it looked a little run down. The hot tub was “out of order”. Couldn’t tell what was wrong.

The front desk person apparently made an error and indicated I had checked out after my first night, so while I had the do not disturb tag on, housekeeping entered the room without knocking while I was there. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk person apologized profusely, said it was their fault, and said they intended to call to apologize but got busy and forgot. But they also forgot when I gave my keys in to checkout, until I mentioned it. This probably won't happen to you, really, but it happened to me.

If you're in town for medical stuff (there are lots of medical buildings within walking distance), this is a great location. I didn't try to breakfast so can't comment there, but the hotel was clean, the workout room small but fine for some cardio (no weights). If you're just passing through, it's a good place to stop.

Room refrigerator is very noisy. I finally got it shut off. Need better lighting in bathroom. It is too dim in there. I could not use the table because it was too high or the chair was too low.

Very comfy bed. Glad I got a room on the north side away from the direct sun. Parking was very convenient. Friendly staff always greeted us whenever we were in the lobby.

 Our room was clean and supplied appropriately. I was thankful that it was quiet all night, even though we were across from an elevator.  The bed was comfortable with plenty of extra pillows.

The exercise room could be better - it was very small and not air conditioned. The rest of the hotel was almost freezing and the exercise room was sweltering, and only had 3 cardio machines.

Friendly staff, comfortable room - liked the couch in the room. Breakfast had what I wanted from continental breakfast. The pool & hot tub were clean. It was everything I expected for our quick trip - easy access to downtown & Linfield University.. it looked like they had loaner bikes, though I didn't have a chance to try them out.

The property was a bit rundown Mold in the bathroom AC had a funny smell but cooled the room The morning staff was curt and short with me. He only did what he had to, he did not go the extra mile. The online booking process did not work the night before.

The bed was good. We arrived late so we did not use the pool. Breakfast was good The online booking process did not work the night before but the evening staff member honored the booking and upgraded us since the hotel did not have the room we had reserved online. She was pleasant and worked hard to help everyone.

Some of the facilities are dated, carpet in the room was stained, and the curtains in the window were blown around by the A/C unit allowing excessive light into the room in the morning.

Good selection in the breakfast, no hungry people at the departure time.
