You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaPillows seemed old and were not comfortable. Restaurant on site was expensive. Walls are paper thin, heard a whole conversation the neighbors had. No towels in pool area, used toom towels then was told by front desk that no towels were available for room at the time.
The kids enjoyed the pool and beds were pretty comfortable. Restaurant on site. Staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThis hotel is aging and needs refurbished. The furniture in the lobby screams 60's and is not that comfortable. The place was clean and it was a great location. Like I said our room was clean and it was relatively quiet.
