The pools was out of service the whole week were were there. If I would have known that, I would not have booked this hotel.

I came to this hotel because it was off the freeway and we were looking forward to swimming. However, when I arrived, they said the pool was down. On a super hot day had I known this earlier, I wouldn't have booked the rm. There wasn't another hotel available to accommodate my party. After being upset and telling the worker, why wasn't it on your website. He advised me that he would give me a discount. I left to check out.The gentleman told me the discount has to be given by a manager. That turned into another mess.

The bedsheets did not fit the bed. The flat sheet popped off constantly the sheets were stiff and the pillows were very small, the jacuzzi was closed. No coffee maker.

The breakfast options werent that great and the rooms could have been cleaner. I also didnt like that there were no coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. Also, there's no fan in the bathrooms.

The water was hot, beds were comfortable, pool and spa were great too. Staff was also nice.

Lots of smokers smoking where they weren't supposed to. Lots of homeless/vagrancy in the immediate areas. Had to call to request room cleaning if you wanted it, but for the best price in town, all that was acceptable.

Great price and location. Convenient to everything we had planned. Clean inside and very comfortable beds. Guest laundry was clean, secure, and inexpensive. Large fridge in the room.

It looks like a motel set up. Our room was on the other end and there was a karaoke bar it seems and it’s too noisy. The elavator near our room wasn’t working. The elevator reeks also. There’s no hot breakfast . Coffee was there though but the room was clean.

There was a lot of homeless around the property, and in the parking lot. I did feel uncomfortable leaving my car in the lot, and when I was trying to unpack, even though I was able to pull right up to my rooms location. The bathroom was outdated, and everything in it was starting to show rust. The toilet was very frustrating, it was running, and flushes slower than molasses. The shower was covered in hairs. The check in staff was short, and unhelpful. I could not hear a word she was saying, and when I asked her to please repeat herself, she rolled her eyes and kept going with what she was doing. The room was on the 4th floor, and we could not find the elevators, and didn't see any posted signs for elevators. The freeway is 50' from your room, and no that's not the properties fault, but the giant gap in the seal of the door is. You could hear the freeway as though you were sitting next to it. We were told repeatedly there was early check in available, and had requested it well in advance. Then on the day of, we were told that there were larger groups coming in and they would have priority over us and were denied early check in.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy, and you didn't just sink into them. The size of the room was perfect, and made our stay more comfortable. It is a very short distance, (within walking distance, if you're up to it and want to save money on parking) from Knott's Berry Farm. The parking lot was well spaced out didn't feel like you were going to get hit by the car next to you. This property is in Targets parking lot, so if you forgot something, or need something, you can walk across the way to Target. The room has a very cold mini fridge, and a microwave. Ice cold AC in the room, made it very pleasant, and the bed was amazing, I slept well.

The picture showed there was a microwave, and there were no microwaves in the room, and the toilet ran very funny.

They were very tentative to our needs and my sure we had toilet paper and towels.We stayed for a few days.

The breakfast was pitiful - toast, cereal, muffins and bad coffee. The fruit bowl was usually empty, as was the mini fridge, which I think was meant to have hard boiled eggs or yogurt. I specifically looked for a hotel that served a good breakfast so I was very disappointed. I ended up eating out, most mornings.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the water pressure was good in the shower.

Thin walls so we could hear the occupants next to us.

Fantastic location to Disney parks! The property is good - it was extremely clean and offered breakfast in the morning which was a huge help. The walls are thin and we could hear the TV and people talking in the room next to us so I had to bang on the wall a couple of times. Great parking. Pool available but hot tub was broken. Great value for money for proximity to Disney - we only slept in the room and was out all day.

I don't like how one of the lights automatically turned on every time you walk near it, or even when I'm not walking in that direction.. the light sensory is annoying I don't like how the room set up as far as I can never pull up my window blinds all the way without worrying about nosy people looking into your room as they walk by.

I love the desk/table in the room. Comfortable use for eating and studying. Fridge and Microwave, and generous amount of pillows on the bed
