I was scared to lay my skin on the sheets, cigarette burns on the blanket. The door looks like it was kicked in before and they didn't replace the top lo k which is a security breach for the guests. The pictures on the site are deceiving 🙄 everything is old and small but if you need shelter for the night....

Nice clean room, comfy bed - Everything we were looking for after a long day on the road as a pit stop for the night. Friendly and helpful check in staff. The included breakfast was good. Plenty of well lit and safe parking available.

The Red Roof changed owner.Put Me in the other building.And I ask to change room.Said that he expected to be busy.It had It didn't have a frieg,toilet tissue roll was a little .Phone in room didn't work.Say that I had to wait for tomorrow.I will not do Business att this Red Roof ...I had to wipe out the tub. And they call this standard room .For the amount I00. A night .I ask for a coffee maker.Guy said I had to get it in the front Coffee.was Cold

Checkin at night was thru a don’t rape me, don’t rob me bank teller drive up type window. Staff was less than enthusiastic to do his job, like he was working off community service hours in exchange for early release. From a security standpoint, he wrote my room number on the parking pass. Like saying hey he’s in room 260, or when you leave, the upstanding locals know 260 is empty.

I took a cold shower because I could not get hot water. Since I had air conditioner off, then that was ok. But generally, one should expect hot water in a US hotel. In the old days, one had to ask hotel managers in Mexico (and other countries), whether the price included a shower with hot water, for that was not something one could assume. It is not something I thought of asking when I booked this hotel.

I liked the floor with no carpets, feels cleaner. The room was clean, which I appreciated. Since I did not use the air conditioner, it was quiet. However, I was not sure whether I noise I heard were cicadas outdoors or some other electronic apparatus. The price was good, under $100, so I am hesitant with the complaints I outline below.

The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it and it was stuffy. The room was not cleaned on the second day and trash was not empted out. On 6/29 I was awakened at 7 am by loud sound of a lawn mower of someone cutting the grass and this went in for about 45 minutes. There was no consideration that guests were sleeping. The TV was not working in the first night

The room smelt like someone had been smoking in the room even when I tried to air out the smell lingered. The bed was comfort and the room was somewhat clean. No one emotes the trash out and the room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay.

The hotel elevator wasn’t clean and smelled really bad . also the hotel rooms need to be updated. the paint was chipped off the walls and the bathroom door was falling off and had stains. there are no refrigerators in the hotel room and stains on the carpet. In front of the lobby and walking to the hotel room smelled like urine.

There was a strange noise like rain drops or tiny sticks were hitting the door or window area.\ Smoke odor in the room 5'15 in the morning loud boomer music was blasting outside or in the next room... for around 10-15 minutes.

Clerk made me wait while he finished praying. Then talked on his phone while checking me in. Told him my husband was handicapped and used crutches so he gave us a room as far from the elevator you could get. Reserved a 2 bed room and got a single bed room. Heater in the room made a clicking noise all the time like a dripping water torture. Dirty condoms under the stairs. Filthy elevator.

The roaches and the smoke detectors are connected so when people smoke they go off in all the rooms…This happened a lot 2-3am in the morning!
