You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere was no bedding for the sofa bed. There was a lot of hair on one of the blankets in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We tried cleaning it but it was too much. We decided not to use it. We booked from Monday til Friday but for some reason our hot tub was turned off while we were out and when we reported it, maintenance came and told us it was being cleaned because they thought we were leaving on Thursday. We went to the receptionist and she gave us a $50 gift card to use in the restaurant. We had a family of 10 who could not enjoy the comfort of using the hot tub in our unit and all we got was a $50 gift card which definitely couldn’t do anything for everyone in the restaurant. A maintenance person stayed trying to get it back up and working but it didn’t work

It was spacious and the location was accessible to restaurants, groceries, pharmacy etc. It is quiet and peaceful. Since it is gated, you can walk around with children

NetherlandsWhen checking in they failed to inform us that painting was taking place. The next morning it turned out that some men were busy painting the front door, without prior notification. There was mainly one female receptionist who was very rude. When Amazon delivered a package, she refused to receive it and raised an issue that the townhouse address must have been provided. The other employees were super cooperative and did not make it an issue. It's time to replace the mattresses and give the kitchen and bathrooms a facelift.

United States of AmericaThe carpet could use some updating. The pull out couch mattress was pretty dirty, and there were no sheets or pillows for it at all. Each bed only had 1 pillow per person, so we really didn’t have enough for everyone to sleep comfortably.
The townhouse was clean overall, in a good location, and roomy. It was close to good restaurants and about 25 minutes from Sea World. We loved the sun room and private hot tub. We were close to the back of the resort, and the scenery outside our sun room was beautiful.

United KingdomNice house with everything we needed. Very spacious and had a hot tub. Parking was outside which was convenient. The on-site pool area was excellent with a small bar and two water slides which the kids loved. Waking distance to the old town which had some good entertainment and food.
