The number of birds nesting around the facility and bird droppings outside didn't feel sanitary. Other wise everything was clean and as expected.

Parking when the hotel is full is kinda rough but we figured it out.

Was very skeptical of this place because I stayed here before without my kids, but overall suprised! they have remodeled the rooms, the property looks nice! Great for quick trips. Central location helped to get places on time! Would stay here again! Staff was a great help!

The mattress. It was so worn that we laughed as we rolled to the middle from both sides. And the sheets should be white, not patterned.

We liked the staff. They work very hard to make their guests feel comfortable and safe.

What I didn't like was that they didn't have a proper lounge, and the staff made it weird and awkward for you to sit down and repack your stuff or wait for a cab.

Just a 12 min Uber drive to CHI Health Center, so pretty easy to get to downtown. Room was very clean, save for a few stains on the walls and on my pillowcases.

Honestly I don't have anything to complain about, if I was being very very nitpicky I could say that the laundry machine was a little less than clean, but that is not something I was even expecting to find here

Was traveling for an event, and could not ask for better 'no-frills but comfortable' accommodations. not a single sign of any insects, decently quiet at night despite staying on the ground floor and the location being busier, was never worried for my safety even running out to the car after dark, and a clean and comfortable room to relax and shower in. I've read a few horror stories here and was a tiny bit nervous, but Relax Inn very much exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a economical place to stay for a couple nights and are not looking for all sorts of extras, this could definitely be it

No amenities. No breakfast. The room was not what was pictured when we were booking. Overpriced for what you get. We were wanting a non-smoking room. There was ashtray in the room and cigarette burns on the linens.

For being a not so well known name hotel it was very clean and comfortable. Upon getting into room the TV was set on hdmi which could not change from remote, nice gentleman from the desk came to room and fixed timely manner. He was very polite, and friendly! Thank you!!

Extremely overpriced! While I appreciated that birds were left alone to make their nests where they see fit, the pile of bird poop directly outside my door was gross. Let the birds do their thing but the poop should really be sprayed away each day not allowed to pile up. Four guests, we got 2 towels and one wash cloth. Makes it pretty hard to get the whole family showered. Asked for extra pillows, none were provided and what was in the room was flat as could be. I had to go buy new pillows and pillowcases for our stay. One of my new pillows was the same size as three of theirs stacked on top of each other.

It was quiet. Outside entry door for each room is nice.
