You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaGood hotel, glad we chose it. The parking charge is high. $25.00, per day to park at the Renaissance Airport Hotel. Full disclosure before checking in about parking and the general cost would be better. Two different staff members quoted incongruent policies regarding parking reimbursement, for hotel members. We ended up paying, in full, for two entire days. If the staff had one matching story, this would have not been an issue for me, and I wouldn’t be telling you. Thanks for reading.
The location was great, about 10-15 minutes from nearly everything.

Nothing in particular comes to mind. The water flavors were nice to have. The room was ok, it was also nice to have the restaurant there for convenience. The bellman was very nice!

United States of AmericaLines, too long!! Only two front desk reps for what was obviously a busy weekend. One rep was assigned to Bonvoy VIPs, but helped others in between. Although I must say, check in was much. quicker than last time I stayed. Wasn't sure If I'd come back. Previously: Had 3rd party reservation, front desk couldn't find. It was late 1 am or so when I arrived, took over an hour to get me in my room with 3 front desk folks AND a manager trying to resolve the problem- which turned out to be Marriott's issue. Had a 6 am flight the next day, left early . Used room for about 3 hours--no offers for anything complimentary. I think I'll check out another hotel next time.
