One member of the party guaranteed the room with credit card and then was paid by another person in full when they checked in later in the day. Later in the month the room charge was taken again from the first card. Several emails to the hotel got no response. Tried phoning but no answer.

The room sizing is great for a family to stay and the location of the hotel is ideal to reach subways, sites and food options.

Breakfast was Buffett, coffee not good ( Starbucks? didn't taste like it)

when booking you are told that a resort fee is mandatory. I did end up using the fee as the lounge is in an excellent location to view times square.

The shower is old and has little pressure. Breakfast is expensive 30 usd per adult and 15 usd for children. We had a broken window, I complained and no one wanted to know.

Hotel located in the middle of Times Square. The rooms have a good size and are comfortable. We stayed on the upper floors and had no problems with the noise but I believe those who on lower floors may have this problem but how not to have it, we are in New York - Times Square. The dining room has a magnificent view of Times Square.

Only fault we found….Breakfast was expensive for what it was and staff were very unfriendly and rushed/stressed. In saying that we only had breakfast there one day so it could’ve just been a bad day!

Breakfast not worth that much. To be honest everything is a little bit overpriced. Well this is New York so I suppose there is no easy way to save money.

Great location. You can literally walk to anywhere you want. The R lounge serves tasty cocktails and food though food options are limited and expensive. Staff are polite and helpful. You can request things you need like electric kettle or slippers for free at the front desk. The bed is comfy and AC functions normally. Everything is clean and tidy so I don’t have complaints about this. I would recommend king bed rooms on higher floor so you can enjoy larger space as well as avoid noises from Times Square. In my case I picked the highest floor which is 26th. The city view is not that good since surrounding buildings blocks your view.

Our only issue which we raised was our room was cold and never got above 20.The first engineer was plain rude and suggested we must be thick if we couldn’t figure out the controller and it was the same as most homes / hotels (despite there being no instructions for guests and for those who do not live in a climate where we have such devices). He decided it would heat up eventually! It did not. A second engineer however was superb. Had a wonderful manner. Thoroughly checked the system and recognised there was a fault as it was taking too long to raise temperatures. He sought to resolve the problem rather than judge the users. We used blankets and it was never too big an issue to complain. Further training of customer service for the first engineer would be advice and maybe some guidance on identifying where the fault lies when a guest is seeking help with a faulty heating system.

Terrific views from breakfast overlooking time square . Great location to soak up atmosphere and within walking distance of subways and convenience stores for essentials. Fantastic concierge services that provide outstanding advice ,tips and general help.

Bathroom water pressure was too hard. Felt like tiny pin pricks on the skin. Breakfast was overpriced for what was served.
